Showing courtesy is an important part of driving and it can have a positive impact on you and other road users. Such advice will be useful and relevant for learner drivers as well as full licenced drivers.

@Annalyn Corpuz Thank you! What was their comment about the gears? Too rough or not in right gear? I feel like this is something I need work on too.
@Annalyn Corpuz I do think some testers are just looking for mistakes instead of overall experience. This was really helpful. I need to rev my engine between 7 and 8 when taking off. But in my driving instructors car its between 1 and 2. Maybe it could be just the model of the car x

How should traffic coming against you in the right lane affect your decision to give way to a car emerging from your left and turning right? In most cases would the next car in that lane, or the one after it, also give way so that they may complete the maneuver?
Courtesy is discretion based, depends on the situation.
Hi Dane, I failed my test with all four marks on reaction to hazards and 6 grade 2 marks on progress. Can I get some pointers? There arent many speed signs where I took the test so I wasnt too sure at times.
Yeah, read the road ahead and drive faster if it's safe. You don't need to put on some act and pretend to be a slow driver just because it's a test. If you want to email me your report sheet I will explain in detail danetyghe@gmail.com

YOU NEED TO LOOK OVER YOUR SHOULDERS AND MIRRORS IN ORDER TO HAVE GOOD ALL ROUND OBSERVATION, WHAT IF A CHILD COMES OUT AND YOU DON'T SEE IT BECAUSE YOU WERE TOO LAZY TO LEARN PROPER OBSERVATIONS?

Is it ok to give a friendly wave instead of beckon motion? Or is it ok to flash headlights to bring attention to car's (slowly moving) presence, which is it's legal interpretation and function I understand? As I find eye contact can be interpreted as aggression or confused or not seen until too late
Eye contact is a perfectly valid form of communication and it shouldn't be viewed as aggressive unless you are glaring at someone. It's best not to flash someone unless you want to alert them to your presence for safety. A thank you wave is fine but don't beckon anyone onto the road. I don't know anything about legal interpretation of beckoning.

Hi Dane in one of your videos you talked about adjusting the mirrors and you said the less you see the car the better and that correctly adjusted you should see only 1 handle and a piece of the car from both sides of the car. Is the handle you should see from the drivers door?
Depends on the side, it would be the drivers door on the right, passanger door on the left.
