    I think the plant you pointed out is a crepe myrtle. The palmetto is a small palm plant.

    Literally was here the same week this video came out, stayed at the same resort, also ate at holy tequila and went to harbor town to sight see. Pretty cool coincidence

    Hi, do you recommend this place for solo travellers? And is 3 days enough to see and experience most things?

    • @KurtandSara
      @KurtandSara  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry but we can't really say if its a good place for solo travelers but I would imagine that 3 days would give you enough time to see most places but maybe not all. Sorry we couldn't be more helpful. Thanks for watching our video and have a great day!

    Did you take the stroller on the beach? If yes, was it easy to get around?

    • @KurtandSara
      @KurtandSara  ปีที่แล้ว

      We haven't taken it on the beach because it has trouble going over sand patches on pavement. The tires are to skinny for sand. I wouldn't think it would be good on the sandier parts of the beach but it might be good down by the water where the sand is firmer.
      More test runs are required, lol!

    Did you guys decide to stay in Asheville? How the humidity there in the summer? Why did you move or decided to stay?

    • @KurtandSara
      @KurtandSara  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! We did stay in the general area, though we moved farther from the city. We stayed for several reasons - still lots to love about the area, timing didn't work out for a bigger move - it's a lot to coordinate! :) The humidity is not the worst, depending on what you're used to. It's much less humid than South Carolina or Florida. It's comparable to the humidity in the northeast - we're from NJ and it's not much different from there.

      @@KurtandSara thank you for the reply. I'm from Utah and it's super dry here. How about crime? Is it bad in Asheville and your new area?

    • @KurtandSara
      @KurtandSara  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@technoutopia4687 Cool, I've not yet visited Utah, but definitely want to soon! It's mostly safe. The city of Asheville isn't that safe at night, in my opinion. Typical city dangers but I was kind of surprised for how small a city it is. We moved to Hendersonville, which is safer and more rural. We like living in those areas more, and visiting Asheville when we feel like it.

    • @technoutopia4687

      @@KurtandSara thank you again. Utah is awesome but everyone want to move here now and it's turning into CA very quickly. I love your videos. Please post more. I've watched all of them Hendersonville looks very nice. Reminds me of Heber Utah but 20 years ago.

    • @KurtandSara
      @KurtandSara  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@technoutopia4687 that’s too bad that the area is changing so much. Yeah, Hendersonville is still quite “small town” in many ways and has lots of charm. Thank you, I’m so glad you have been enjoying our videos! We have several more in the works! So nice to hear from you!
