    Luca Changretta was the villain, but he had a legitimate beef. First his brother’s restaurant was burnt down, then his father was insulted and threats were made, then his brother was beaten up, then unfortunately Grace Shelby got caught in the cross fire of the retaliation, so his father gets clipped. I don’t think him coming over to England for revenge is so unreasonable. His only mistake was not killing Thomas Shelby when they had their first meeting. He got the drop on him so why go through some gentlemanly charade?

    • @gamlaman
      @gamlaman 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      To be fair, that would still leave the rest of the Shelbys and the rest of the Peaky Blinders gang looking for revenge, plus all the cops in England on his ass. The deal he made with Tommy meant that he could work on a way to eliminate all of the Peaky Blinders gang without the cops interfering. Didn’t work out for him in the end of course, but it gave him a better chance than if he just shot Tommy in the face at that meeting.

    Its not because of jhon, directors wanted all 3 shelby brothers to be alive by the end of the series but jhon’s actor felt like he was overshadowed by tommy’s actor so he decided to leave the set and focus on his own show called gangs of london. So far that reason they killed him off. He wasn’t supposed to die originally.

      I hated the outcome of this scene, I knew it was foreshadowing something even worse, than what is literally being shoved in your face. (I mean he made a deliberate threat, well ultimately they both did) Having said that, look at Arthur's face.
      Also, great "brass tacks" comment. 🎉

    John was that issue fr lol the Shelby clan in general were them issues but John was the baby that wasn’t sheltered from the life as a boy like Finn was. John came up in the mud with his two big bros, went to the trenches with em and all. 😅 yeah John was foolin 😅

      Tommy did not defend him because he thought John was right. He defended John because he was family and he knew that John's mind frame was one that you did not challenge for idiocy because he would not see it. Rather it was to make him follow through ....and John after said he could not kill his school teacher ... Arther is reasonable ...John never was ...it's just his unreasonable-ness only showed a few times
