That was well done. As a Slash fan and someone who chased that tone for a while these are great tips. The EQ / treble boost is so important to get that tone. Whether its an actual tube amp or a modeler, you need to boost those frequencies to get that cutting tone, especially on the neck pickup. Think of solos like rocket queen and paradise city, thats all neck pickups. Many people assume its a bridge because it's not wolfy, almost strat like.
