She really likes colors so I made this one for her with jewel toned squares with a black base; also I only used 'regular' granny squares. I think it turned out great, for my first try! Hello, I have made my jacket using various shades of blue and loads of people have said how nice it is. I made a scarf from the square and put pockets on it, together with a hat. Thank you so much really understood your video well and great explanations. I am fairly new to crochet and this is the first garment I have made.
I have made two, one for my daughter and one for me. The first one came out good and my daughter was excited and pleased. The second one was even better. So easy to do all you need is the time.
I'm making my first cardigan thanks to you I used a 5.5 hook but I'm a big girl so I used extra squares to make my sizes and for my arms I'm going to single crochet down a few rolls can't wait to move on to another one of your projects

When I make a project, whether it’s a sweater or scarf, I usually try to make one or two granny’s from it when I’m done. I like to save those either as a beginning cardigan or blanket, or, if I have enough, a complete cardigan. It’s always so wonderful to mix and match match them. This is lovely. I may break out and try the this granny, but I think I’d like a Country blue background. Thanks Fuad!!

Thank you so much for this tutorial. You are such a good "teacher". I have just completed my cardigan/jacket and it looks absolutely lovely! It is a bit big, but I can live with it. I didn't use your granny square pattern, I used my simple granny square pattern, which looks just as nice. I made the cuffs of the sleevs tighter; the slits not as high and I tacked the collar down all the way. Just need to put buttons on and I will post a photograph. Thank you again, and please thank your Dad too.

When I make a project, whether it’s a sweater or scarf, I usually try to make one or two granny’s from it when I’m done. I like to save those either as a beginning cardigan or blanket, or, if I have enough, a complete cardigan. It’s always so wonderful to mix and match match them. This is lovely. I may break out and try the this granny, but I think I’d like a Country blue background. Thanks Fuad!!

Looks like alot of work!, I got asked by my cousin on one of these, and I checked on price for one, and she's glad i checked on it, i explained all the time, color change , weavining ends, sewing, knowledge and skill and time she understands why its that much . BUT it makes me want to make one for my mom or myself
I love this project. The only change I made was to the sleeves. I have batwing arms, so I had to introduce a wedge from armpit to elbow. Looks great!
Thank you so much for this tutorial. You are such a good "teacher". I have just completed my cardigan/jacket and it looks absolutely lovely! It is a bit big, but I can live with it. I didn't use your granny square pattern, I used my simple granny square pattern, which looks just as nice. I made the cuffs of the sleevs tighter; the slits not as high and I tacked the collar down all the way. Just need to put buttons on and I will post a photograph. Thank you again, and please thank your Dad too.
