My Dad and I used to do this exact same thing. Everytime I would turn on my PS4 he'd get so excited of what game I would play either it be Battlefield, Star Wars Battlefront but his all time favorite was watching me play The Last of Us. He was really excited when I told him last year that a part 2 would be releasing but sadly he passed away on April 29th. Keep making these videos guys I really enjoy them and I hope to see a reaction of the second game with y'all two. Happy gaming ✌

this game is soo good that i can feel the hits stabs and shoots from just watching and i can’t believe it i’m soooo hyped for it
The sound design it so superb. The atmospheres this game is going feel excellent.
I recommend that if you do anymore last of us 2 reactions you should turn comments off to prevent people from spoiling. Since it’s coming closer to release expect assholes to do it even more. (Keep up the good work tho)

This is probably my favourite reaction channel. It’s so cool to see ur dad react to video games and get his honest reaction unlike other channels which just fake reactions and don’t contribute much to the video apart from watching it quietly, it’s also nice to see someone older discovering video games and giving their honest opinion. To answer your dad’s question: I do think you’re right, Michael, when you say that it depends on how they do it. If it feels forced it’s annoying but if its a game like tomb raider where it’s just how it’s meant to be I really don’t mind. I think Lara Croft is an awesome character but if you were to take uncharted and change Nathan Drake to Natalie Drake there’s going to be a problem lol.

I don’t mind playing as a female character that I could honestly see being able to handle herself, not for just the sole fact that it’s a woman and not a man. I love Ellie as a character and it’s believable she’d be able to handle herself, but ND has completely ruined this games story. Whether it was for a certain agenda or not, I think most can agree (if you’ve seen the leaks) it’s very very bad writing and I really don’t see the story going anywhere after this game.

To answer your Dad’s question. I would’ve said I just play the game I don’t make them. As long as the game is fun and has a good story it’s fine. I don’t like playing as a girl too, but what can you do.

On the subject of playing as a girl, personally it's more about the gameplay to me. So long as I can do cool ass shit I'm.
That being said, I don't know of many females in games that are fun to play as. DMC, my favorite series, however has girls that out pace the guys in some respects so it's not like I need to look far.
All Tomb Raider games, Horizon Zero Dawn, Hellblade, AC Odyssey...etc.
