Bard's Burgers Bardzilla Challenge

- Today I am at Bard's Burgers & Chili in Covington, KY just outside of Cincinnati, OH and I am going to take on their Bardzilla challenge. This is a monsterous burger that has 11 patties and 22 slices of cheese and comes with 2lbs of fries. I will have one hour to complete this and if I do I will get my meal for free, a sweet T-shirt and my name and photo on their Wall of Fame alongside other great eaters like Randy Santel and the overall record holder Brandon "Da Garbage Disposal" Clark. If I fail I will owe $60. Thank you to owner Jordan and his staff for the amazing food and hospitality. This is definitely a Dive that's worth the drive!

Hiccups... I would definitely tear those patties away from each other to cool and eat fries while waiting. I know most eaters wait to eat the starch at the end (except for Molly The Anaconda Schuyler).... Great job. Thank you so much! I love that you enjoy the videos, this was my first one back from our vacation that year and I was definitely a little rusty. The food was delicious and so was the service. This was also one without Amber and I left the restaurant without tipping. I completely forgot because I was doing everything by myself. I drove about 10 miles before I thought about it and turned around and drove back to give it to them. I always tip for the meal even if it is free because the staff still worked to bring it out/wait on the table.
Nice job Eli. That’s where my Brother-in-law lives. I’m going to check that place out for a normal size burger. Also, please don’t take this the wrong way, but you’re so nice and friendly you seem like the Mr. Rogers of competitive eating. Keep it up!!!
Thank you! This place has wonderful food and have recently added lots of BBQ options that have been getting great reviews as well. Being compared to Mr. Rogers is never a bad thing!

To stop hiccups (as per my dr dad cuz I used to have bad ones) hold your breath and take 10 sips of water. It massages the epiglottis and stops them. Works best with warm water but room temp is good.
