You're a great food challenge eater that can do challenges in a short time with a lot of food too and even though you only have a little over 3k subs now they'll grow more eventually. I started watching food challenges on TH-cam around 2013 and Randy Santel was one of the first ones I subscribed to and Raina Huang when she just started, Dan Kennedy a short time after he started and Joel Hanson when he only had 5k subs and more people like them too

There are some carbs ok, but still keeping them 50 or less a day is idealI , no need to count calories if you know what are the good carbs. I have changed my health diagnoses @ 66yrs , 200lbs to 140 5'7. Feel like 50. I think I misunderstood yes carbs are not necessary, we should eat more like our ancestors did.
