legally, the punishment after the trial is the deprivation of human rights. The Constitution speaks about the rights of citizens and duties. Violated - they deprive you of your rights to some extent
@@repost6917 I highly doubt Putin would give a F about a constitution, if Russia even has such a thing. 🤷🏻♀️
@@ashotofmercury You should trust your brain, not the TV 🤣
@repostA, koja prava ima žrtva?!6917
@@repost6917 I do, thanks. 👌🏻
Seems like a cheerful place.
USA, thank you gentlemen for managing this prison. It’s not an easy job so I applaud you from the USA
👍👍👍👍
Excellent documentary!!
Rusija ima najbolje zatvore, sve evropske i američke kriminalce treba dovesti u Sibir na prisilni rad.
Yea

@@blindatadas7763nesinori i sibira? Taip sakant, back to the roots😂😂😂😂😂
Why do we need your prisoners? We have enough idiots of our own...
Just build the same prison at home. Is it really that hard? I think it's easy for various public organizations to shut their mouths if the government openly shows who they put there (maniacs, sadists, terrorists, etc.)
“No one has ever managed to escape”.
Lol! Nobody probably ever tried, knowing that they would freeze in the winter and be drained of all their blood by mosquitoes in the summer.
ngl love the psychedelic risk of rain 2 style guitar pieces between dialogues
Infected Mushroom - Heavyweight
Is the absolute banger in the middle, one of my fave songs mental to hear it in some random documentary
Amazing!!! I love infected mushroom 😍 my fav song is You Wanna Stay but Heavyweight is fire af
Thank you! I knew it was infected mushroom and for the life of me couldnt remember the song lol @rob098890
Imagine living in a society where things didn't have to be locked up at your local CVS/Walgreens. Where people weren't being brutally attacked on subways, carjackings were nonexistent, and you can leave your doors unlocked during the day❤
I can only dream of a society with no black people
I live in Canada, I don't have to imagine
@@MrDmadness In Canada you just have to leave your key fobs by the door to make it convenient for the car thieves when they break into your house and you are not allowed to defend yourself.
@@KayFabe87 maybe you should stick to subjects you know about .. yes ? Its not like that at all here. And everybody shpuld know how to deactivate the send / recieve signal from their fobs

Really enjoyed this, thank you X
7:56 I'm so sorry I didn't realize how horrendous his confession was going to be 😳😭😱
This isn't even the first time this has happened in recent history either 💔💔
I wonder how this is even possible
It seems to me the guards are serving their own kind of sentence
Could be a punishment assignment, or it could be like the U.S. servicemen who work in Antarctica. Those guys get extra pay.
They get extra pay and are rotated off the island every couple of months, if i recall correctly they are rotated every 1 to 2 months
@@BaraxesBaš sam razmišljala o tome da se rotiraju!👍👍🙋♀️
Great documentary… very interesting!
That dumb kid will NEVER see the outside of those walls, his crime was too brutal.
We need this type of prison in the US, in every state.
To grow weed sure of course, for body's naw
The prison we already have which 1 would you visit the most?
Former gulag transformed into high security prison ?
It's 100 times better than ours !
Nice ! Love these
looking forward to this one, thanks for the great channel friend!
I’m jealous you get to see this for the first time it came out like 10+ years ago this one. It’s a great documentary though. I’m just saying it’s old.
@youtubeconnollyfamily lol I have no doubt of the age these things on the end up on TH-cam once they're old but I missed the chance on TV so I'll take it now 😁
The real crime is the music chosen for this video.
😂😂
Huge respect to the guards work
I feel bad for the dogs!
Me too until I found out that the dogs that are native to that region are able to adapt to the climate. Really remarkable!
@@sabrinal.3863they’re not native they’re Georgian shepherd dogs 🐶
I’d absolutely lose it in there man. Jesus.
The cold would get into ur brain and just eat it.
The sheer BOREDOM
There again ud never deserve to be in there but know what you mean
In super max ( крытая ) lot of them do lose their minds. Start barking. Literally.
A few repeated parts but an overall good documentary.
loving infected mushroom on the soundtrack
1.8 million imprisoned in US 360,000 in a Russia 🤔
That's because everyone in Russia knows that the Russians don't F around with crime. Deterrent to the max if you know you're going to be sent to a horrible prison for a full length sentence, rather than plea bargain, and do a 1/4 of the time.
Population of russia not even close to US..
To be fair, we do have more than 2 times as many people.
More 'diversity' more crime 😏😂
Actually in the video he said 650,000 imprisoned in Russia.
But the number is around 1-1.5 million, - way more than in video.
USA population - 343 millions
Russian population - 143 millions
How do they keep it so quiet there? Definitely not like that in the USA.
Theres no way he gets paroled in 25 years. I read about his case in Norway`s biggest newspaper when this happened and he literally tore that poor girl apart.
A normal person doesn’t do that ..he’s a narcissist it’s all about them and what they can get away with.
Igor looks like he'd be the life and soul of the party...So long as one didn't upset him of course, otherwise you're off to Fire Island for the long weekend.
😂😂😂😂😂
Fire Island? Should be Ice Island! Anyone who escapes is a human popsycle!! 🥶
That doesn't sound as catchy
@@Kuory7Fire catches though haha
The reason for the name of Fire Island is an ancient beautiful custom. The monastery burned torches all night long to say they are ready if Jesus came back tonight. A beacon of light and resurrection in a world of darkness.
Russians can handle really cold weather , I live on the south of Russia, and I’m struggling from the cold in Moscow, but they are ok with it)
i like how they pointed out the food situation about "since the cameras are here we dont know if they're getting special treatment"
For a prison it’s actually quite a picturesque place to be locked up.
Awesome that would be great to send Diddy here😂
1:25...somebody working on those bars with a hacksaw.
Good eye
😂 FOR SURE!
Man u prolly just got that man beat lmao u know they're definitely reading these comments
Till this day, I think EVERYDAY how grateful I am not to be in the Madagascar prison😭😭
Life is supposed to mean just that. Russia understands this. Interesting documentary thank you.
I feel SO SO sorry for the poor dogs who are forced to work and live out there without any foot or body protection in the horrendous cold!
Imaju krzno. To je životinja naviknuta na klimu.
None for the human guards. This is why humanity is at the point we are now..
Эти собаки живут лучше некоторых людей на земле. Живут в тёплых вольерах, стоят пожизненно на питательном довольствие, даже уходя со службы по старости. Так не только в тюрьме но и во всех службах РФ где применяются собаки
American prisons need to be like this!!!
If they were, I’d probably be a bit more okay with the government taking my $ to pay for them. They take $1k out of my monthly paycheck for taxes. It’s sickening. At least do something good with our taxes, like this prison instead of hotel prisons.
@@FailingArtist $1k in taxes? Is that specific to your state? I don't live in America but that seems like a HUGE cut! 😯
Very interesting. The scariest thing i saw was the Deputy Warden. He is enough to make people act right.
FIRE ISLAND!!! 🤣 That’s definitely sarcastic!!!
If one ever was to escape, there's nowhere to run. It's a death sentence in or out
This is EXACTLY what all prisons need to be like
Even for wrongly convicted people?
Even as it is it costs 155,000 a year in Canada to house a prisoner
That adds up
@@Klipschrf35Yes
You say that, until you find yourself in prison. Then you will have a drastically different opinion.
@ Maybe he’s confident he’ll never commit a crime for him to be sent to prison..
That younger guy should never be let out. Everytime he spoke of the victim or her family there was very much anger there… not remorse
Damn how many worst prisons does Russia have? White swan, dolphin, owl, birgunsk, now this one. What else man?
Have you seen some of Americas prisons? Honestly, this seems much better and better kept than a typical American prison.
Dude, you're good. You have listed 4 of the 5 special security prisons in Russia. The prison in this video is called “Vologda Heel” and it would be the 5th prison with such a regime, where prisoners would be glad to die instead of live.
@@ДмитрийЧеботарёв-щ8х I watch a lot of stuff about Russia. I’m a Russophile and have been a few times. Have friends in Moscow and St. Petersburg and Ukraine

Can we have those prisons here??👍👍👍
That guard at 18:25 is absolutely wasted.
Почему?
Wouldn’t you be if you lived up there?
Remember the soul is eternal.
Yes and also, only righteousness is eternal.
Well, compared to the US prison system. There doesn't seem to be any gang activity. It's a professional hell. It's so tight security wise that everyone is safe unlike here in the US.
Looks like Russia has set the gold standard for incarceration. Right or wrong people can serve their time and don't have to worry about inmate politics.
The prisons are so clean
The sailors who were sunk at Port Arthur in their submarine and sank to the bottom, welcomed the bullet from the Skipper as the air began to run out and the water was freezing....the spirit of Russian men is too great not to allow more mercy than this.....
