低粉 120g
自发粉 2g
细砂糖 100g
黄油 100g
鸡蛋 1
芝士蛋糕：
奶油奶酪 330g
细砂糖 150g
奶油 150g
香草精 1/2tsp
鸡蛋 1
玉米淀粉 10g
抹茶粉 8g
6寸
预热烤箱180°C 35分钟
Crust:
120g self-raising flour
2g baking powder
100g caster sugar
100g butter
1 egg
Cheesecake:
330g cream cheese
150g caster sugar
150g butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
10g cornflour
8g matcha powder
6inch round cake mould
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 35minutes
