Hi Stephanie! I'm both a "liker" and subscriber from Lake Charles, LA.I'm surprized you don't have more comments on this most informative video. You've laid out a nice set of instructions I will use to take the 5 I have to the next stage. I have these 5, that are between 7-9" tall in terra cotta pots, using basically the same soil formala you used. A little added perlite never hurts! It's Oct. 20, 2022 here in Lake Charles, LA, with a solidly subtropical climate. We have only a handful of light freezes here usually inJan. or Feb. of 28-32 degrees, typically warming up into the 40's or 50's the following day and it just never snows here (maybe by a freak every 10 or 20 years!).
I have them outside on the patio now in full sun. I think I'll refer back to this video in about a year or so when I repot them, or "pot them up" as they say.
I have 2 plumerias over 1' each I originally got from Etsy as well and that I started basically the same way. I starting growing the roots from bare "sticks" in moistened soil (not wer)

How much Epsom salt do you usually add when mixing your soil?

It’s hard to see what you’re doing, it’s out of camera view. But still a helpful video. Thank you!

Do you have to cut the remaining roots? Is it’s purpose to thicken it’s trunk?

Good content but that pot is way too big for repotting. I have dozens of adeniums and found 1 size bigger each year creates a big caudex
    Cheers
