Get 1 Month of Superhuman For FREE! Available via this link only: efficient.link/r/superhuman 🎁 Also, quick heads-up: this feature will be rolling out to all accounts across the next few weeks so if you don't see it yet, hang tight! (You might even be able to email their team if you want quicker access… But keep that to yourself 😉)
You can tag team members but they must all be using Spark Mail. In Spark you can't share with non-team members, not to mention Spark Mail is an inferior email experience to that of Superhuman, but you can learn more about that in the full comparison: efficient.app/compare/superhuman-vs-spark
Depends what you value! If Spark is working for you, then that’s great. We value the sleek experience Superhuman offers, the minimal interface, the speed (watch our full review to fully get our thoughts efficient.yt/superhuman) We did a deep dive on Spark and while we think it’s a better choice than Gmail or Outlook, it didn’t tempt us. Here is the write up efficient.app/compare/superhuman-vs-spark Have you actually used Superhuman before? FWIW I was definitely against the idea of paying for email, ever, and totally resisted the idea, said I never would, then tried it for a month and 4 years later here we are, still with a paid subscription and can’t imagine switching off.
I'm a bit sad.. I wanted to try it but our company is not an outlook adress.. Do you know if they plan to extend accessibility to other mails in the future?
Can you do a 'Best Livestream software or interface - easiest for first time users wanting to go live on youtube.' video for one person on youtube, not teams etc please.
You can see first hand from our past live stream: efficient.link/live that we aren't so great at this and not super worried about figuring it out or being the best, yet alone teaching people our "meh" ways haha. So probably not going to do a video on this, that said, we used OBS, but Steamlabs OBS is definitely a bit more user-friendly with initial setup. Hope you can understand, and hope to see you around the comment section more anyway 🙏
Have you guys tried Shortwave? It also has these team collaboration features (on the Business plan for teams), but they don't seem to market that aspect of it very well. I started using it last week as I was looking for a Superhuman competitor and to my surprise, I like Shortwave better. I found their AI to be better (and faster). It has all the keyboard shortcuts (a must have for me) and bundles (I loooove bundles), and I personally like the Shortwave interface better. Would love to see you guys do a comparison!
I actually used Shortwave for 6 months or so after being an avid Inbox user (saddened when Google killed it off). And it's decent, but in recent times of trying it, I just haven't been super impressed. It just feels a bit less modern and had been a bit kludgy at times at least on mobile. Can understand the appeal of it though for sure. Surprised you like it better than Superhuman though! Splits function as bundles in Superhuman, and have also been quite impressed with the AI search + summaries, haven't felt it being slow at all. Might look into comparing in the future, will add it to the list, just wasn't the most impressed with it last I personally evaluated it is all.
Did you ever use Spark for teams? The team comment feature was a big reason why Superhuman never stuck for us, but Spark has had the feature for quite a while now.
Yep, we have a full writeup on Spark vs Superhuman actually: efficient.app/compare/superhuman-vs-spark Superhuman has nailed team comments better than Spark, and in the first Superhuman video we recorded, we actually called out that Superhuman was lacking in this area: efficient.link/yt/superhuman but Superhuman executed extremely well with Team features in this most recent release. Maybe try giving Superhuman Teams a shot and see how it compares? No better time as you can get an extended 60 day free trial until July 31st using this link: efficient.link/r/superhuman - you can send to team members as well and play with it. Also, with Spark, you can't share team comments externally (unless every team member is using Spark), to which is more difficult to get full team adoption and is honestly unnecessary in many cases. Many reasons to prefer Superhuman, maybe give it a shot 🤷♂️
You can use your own domain, but Superhuman isn't an ESP, it doesn't host your email. What they are is a layer atop Gmail/Outlook, so your ESP for your own domain is either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (e.g. custom domain), and then it connects in with Superhuman and Superhuman is the layer atop email client. Does that make sense?
You got it! They would have a *better* experience if they are using Superhuman, but they don’t need to be. They will simply get an email to notify them every time a new comment is added to the thread.
Yep, exactly! They will just need to authenticate in using Google or Microsoft 365 (for right now to validate they are who they said they are, so people can't anonymously leave comments, you will know who they are). But no Superhuman needed! That said, you can be the awesome friend that sends them a free 2 months trial for Superhuman using this link: efficient.link/r/superhuman because once they give it a shot, they probably won't be able to go back 😁

Wow, the comment feature looks like its going to be super helpful!
Great video!! 👏👏👏Haha. Funny comment about the hands!
What do I do with my hands? 😆🙈
@@efficientapp🤷♀️
Is that what I should do with them? I'll try that next time 😆
We did it !! 🔥🔥 🎥 🎞️ ✂️
He's awake! Absolutely couldn't have done it without you Mr. Owen! 🚀🙏🚀 OBSESSED with the intro animations 🥹🥲
Superhuman for the win
We agree! Excited to show them off properly on the new site 😉
🎉
didn't Spark Mail launch these features months ago?

@@efficientapp Slick video, narrow use case. And the #2 in email innovation charges $30 a month versus whatever Spark charges.

The delegation/assignment feature is really cool
Yesss 🙌 It’s been awesome to have that team clarity of who is running with what!
I'm a bit sad.. I wanted to try it but our company is not an outlook adress.. Do you know if they plan to extend accessibility to other mails in the future?
Whats your email provider? It works for Google Workspace and Gmail in addition to Outlook!

@@efficientapp awesome, thanks. I’ll read the full write up and use your link to revisit Superhuman for teams.
