When you don’t have energy and are scared, making calls to company’s to sell to you something you can’t afford is the last thing you want to do. The price visibility alone was amazing, but it is so useful, it’s been a real turning point for me!

I'm learning about some of the programs and implementing a self led process on myself. I have long covid pots from a covid infection 1 year ago to the day. This was a incredible interview!! I love how real it was.. I think we can brush off how bad things get and I understand the need for positivity but I find it so impactful to hear the incredible transformation that happens during recovery. I will definitely be checking out the podcast. And I think the program guide is such a valuable tool so thank you so much for creating that ❤

I wish I had heard about this guide before! I'm a few months into remission and focusing on somatic trauma work now. Cool to hear about another Vancouverite's recovery! Definitely not a cheap city to have this illness in.

I ve been super out of breath for over 6 years. Some days better or worse, but I ve barely been able to work at all. I ve worked delivery pizza on and off extremely part time, taking weeks and months off work at a time.. I haven't worked now in months and looking at back surgery this summer so prob won't work this year at all. I always have a little bit of hope, but I just don't know anymore if anything will come to fruition. Glad to hear that some people do feel better, thru recover and remission though
I started suffering from fibro 10years ago. I don’t know if it was only this that brought me to the place of not being in pain all the time but doing 3 things - working with a functional medicine practitioner - 1. test to discover what my specific body needs are (vitamins/minerals etc)and addressing those as best as I can. 2. blood tests to determine what my immune system is reacting to. This brought up a mould colonisation in my body (Stachybotrys 😳 black mould) and a very long list of healthy foods I ate all the time. Now excluded for a couple of years. THIS I belge made the biggest difference very quickly. Suddenly my body felt freed up and not tight and restricted as much. And 3. found a physiotherapist very knowledgeable in working with fascia and releasing areas of my body every week. No idea of any of this will help you 🙏🏻 I hope something might. I now have full blown M.E. Mind you and would happily swap for what I had before!!!😔
As soon as she hit “straight white person,” I started to discount pretty much everything she said. I wish people would keep their racism out of things that affect everybody. 😒

I saw 0 racism in her comment 😂 seems like you need to figure out why that triggered YOU bc her message was fantastic and shes helping ppl with ME get better… something she does not have to do.
Wow- couldn't disagree more. It's like a rich person recognizing that their wealth has given them certain benefits. Lindsay saying that shows that she's listening to the experiences of people who aren't white...it's pretty clear that their race affects how they are perceived by, not only individuals, but institutions such as hospitals and police stations.

Look up the program of Daniel Van Loosbroek :) It used both brain retraining and emotional and Somatic work. The price is based on donation 🙂

What antibiotics did you take?
Hey Lindsay. Do you think the SIBO was a symptom of ME/CFS ?
Yes I think so! But it could have been there before. It was one of many factors making or keeping me sick.
@@The_CFS_Coach Interesting. Did it clear itself naturally with recovering ?
I ended up doing a candida diet for 3 months and using “GI fortify”. These things helped my gut issues and candida issues a lot.
Raelan could you interview someone who has recovered from fibromyalgia……

I think you would benefit from understanding what the word “racism” means before using it incorrectly
