I've been playing Sims for years, and just picked up Sims 4 this week when it went on sale for $5. I'm so used to having to build a foundation and then building the house on top of it thanks to Sims 3 that I was damn near banging my head on my desk trying to figure out why I couldn't place a foundation until I saw this vid. XD
I'm so happy that I can help and I hope you enjoy the Sims 4! Wow you got it at a really great price lol. I think the foundation system is perhaps one of my favorite features TS4 build mode. I remember building something in the Sims 3, then deciding to put a foundation and get super annoyed at the fact that I couldn't add one later.
I just started seriously building in this game like a week ago, but I have played casually here and there. I knew about the slider for the foundation from my casual play... but I had no idea they changed this and I could not find it for the life of me lol. I found this video just looking for that information and learned so much more! Thank you! I can't wait to see more stuff from you. 🙃

I like the way you teach you have diagrams and keys to use .. Some blogger just builds and not teaching some have long explanation but can’t give diagrams or examples.. thank you for giving us keys .. keep it up
