Unpopular Opinion: i like the design of goemon in this game i think he looks kinda cool same goes to goemon's incarnation from new age series besides this story in bouken jidai katsugeki goemon sets in an different universe and i would consider he was the youngest out of goemon's incarnations.
You know the opening shows the incarnations of the Goemon crew are capable of, yet the only one you play in the game itself is the titular character himself. You think Konami would allow those who purchased the game to play as all four characters but oh well.
I remember when the English prototype was shown off, I was expecting an English dubbed or subbed intro and was kinda disappointed. I tried translating the lyrics myself with some image translators, but never did anything with it. But hey, here's one now! Thanks! This intro is VERY hype, and probably the best thing about the game. Which is to say, the game isn't bad, just pretty underwhelming.

The fact that Impact was nowhere to be seen in this intro is very disturbing to me.
Sadly there's no Impact in this game (or even an equivalent big boss battles).

It was, however the unreleased localised version called "Mystical Ninja Goemon Zero" was recently uploaded by Hiddenpalace.org.
