First, I really like your video style . I like the format of introduction, then ingredients, then we watch you cook with voice over explanation. I really like that you tell us what it looks like when it is done, so I can tell when it is ready. I like that you don't have a shaky camera. It's very nice to watch. I also approve of your goatee!
Now about the pie. I followed your instructions and it was perfect! I personally thought the filling was too sweet, but the cream cheese topping was heaven. I saw you have a lemon meringue recipe. I will try that. Thank you for making a great video.

Lemon ice box pie is my husbands favorite pie. My mother in law made it for him every year. She passed away in April of this year. (91 good years) This was the first holiday he didn't have her to make it but I've learned well over these 29 years together and I made it for him! This December I am going to do the cream cheese topping you've done! Hope he likes it! lol

Wow💕that is one for the books, I will enjoy making and eating this pie, Charlie my Mama will Love this one she loves lemon anything, she turned 98 yesterday we had a lot of fun with her all day into the evening with alot of food and family coming and going, our menu was Mexican food it’s very easy to make and goes along way, we had Chicken enchiladas, beans, pork green Chile, Spanish rice, Fideo, tortillas and a Beautiful cake 😊💕Thanks for all you do to make your videos so easy to follow and complete, you are an awesome cook and person💕😊

I’m going to make this. I’m glad you baked it because a lot of the recipes the pie isn’t baked. I can’t and won’t eat raw eggs. For the cream cheese topping I’m going to put in some grated lemon 🍋 rind and squeeze some lemon into it. Thank you for sharing this.
