    3/4 C. lemon juice
    1 prepared graham cracker crust
*Do not use the 'Extra 2 slice' graham cracker crust by Keebler shown in the clip for this recipe as you won't have enough filling to fill it. Use a standard 9" crust.

as a bachelor, I make this one a lot and you can add key lime juice for a super key lime pie! While it doesn't need baking, if you bake it for 10 minutes, it sets the mixture just a liiiiittle bit more and is very thick and set and still creamy just not quite as soft. After baking for 10 min, 325, let it cool on the counter then pop in fridge for at least a couple hours and OMG is right. If you want to get really fancy buy a good can of whip cream and give it a spurt on the side of the slice.

For those who don't know, you need to add a little sugar to the Graham cracker crumbs to make a crust. It's pretty flat without it.. but ADJUST according to the sweetness of the filling.... In this case, only a little sugar is needed, as the condensed milk already has a heart attack worth of sugar in it. ; )>
