It can be tough to master at first, but Jono gives you al the technique you need to know in order to succeed.

    So basically you're doing a backwards inside rocker - forward inside rocker pattern but you jump it rather than do it on the ice.

      Yes exactly! It's quite an explosive movement required to do this in the air.

    Nice, firs time seeing this! Curious on in which combinations this move is used? Also, could you please cover Waltz 8 move? Specially the part that we need to change from backward to forward by rotating our body (not a 3 turn)?

      This move is use as a way of building up explosive strength and balance. It will help you be more explosive and dynamic for various other moves on the ice. It can also be used for choreography, and in step sequences.
      Which testing system does the waltz 8 move come under? (County and Level). I just want to make sure I have the correct move in my head!

    I might wipe out if I try this now 🤣. But this looks really cool so I’m gonna work up to it! How much harder is this than a waltz jump?

      This is quite a lot harder than a waltz jump. It comes up quite a bit later In various testing systems around the world. You need to be a lot more explose to do this as opposed to a 3 jump.
