    What exercises help with opening the hip? I physicaly can not open it like that, so i am constantly draging the hind foot and that always turns me around.

      It sounds like it’s a flexibility thing for you. Do lots of hips stretches and do the thing I did at the wall in this video

    actually the wrong way is the good way . use both legs to push . You r welcome

      We still use both legs to push the front leg does a c cut and keeps you stable while staying on the ice

      @@EliteSkating_HockeyDevelopment need to c-cut and also backward c-cut and shift more weight . work on stability if you have to keep one skate on the ice at all time to stay stable .
