I would actually recommend doing save states before bosses to replay them again, though of course you would have to replay the game with either new game plus for all the gear in the game to change things up or just a different playthrough. I am not sure that Batman Arkham city have any save files even if it has save states. Sorry. Oh yeah and I know it is weird responding to a 2 year old comment but hey just wanted to help ya out.
I did this fight just a few days ago in about 3 mins doing all methods following into one another. Mind that it's the first time in 4 years since I had even touched Arkham City at all. Began with the silent takedown, went back down the Freeze walks up at the start use the magnet, run passed the explosive wall, run passed him over the electronical platform and stand near the floor gate and throw batarang at switch, then run around the desk underneath the glass floor and climb above to wait and use it, then take the same path up the steps above the doorway on the ledge he'll come out of, then run closely against the window around the explosive wall and wait, next ran up the secondary spot to glide kick him then the floor gate right beside him and walked around the boxed machine and line launch kicked then weapon jammed that was it.
