Vine Men are ok, but I find that Vine Ogres are way better, especially when you summon them with Ivy Kings here you can chose between summoning 7 Vine Men or 6 Vine Ogres. Vine Ogres lasts a lot longer in in combat and unlike Vine Men they can actually deal damage to units that have armor. They are especially great if you can cast regeneration on them. Not only will Vine Ogres give you more combat power for your nature gems, but summoning them is also about 3 times as mage turn efficient.
Interested in seeing how this build works out in the late game. I'm unfamiliar with blood nations but i've seen common wisdom that order is key to keeping it sustainable
it requires a decent gem investment. Thistle mace, armour of twisting thorns, maybe an empowerment or a treelord staff. Might be easier to summon a Naiad instead.
You’re correct, I’d forgotten to mention that and it might be worth to either adjust the paths on the god or boost it/a pan to craft things. For me using pans with a blood random boosted with items is pretty easy but less predictable.
With high growth over the long game it can offset the lack of req points you get from turmoil to some degree, and with high gold income you can afford to build forts in very high-pop provinces which can also offset this.
WEF background was gold and had me laughing for minutes. Keep it up man!
Environmentalism and blood sacrifice are the core values of the WEF
Be aware that Mass Regeneration is now only a 20 square buff, you need army regeneration at enchantment 8 for buffing the whole army.
Your best thumbnail yet!
You didn't mention the Blood Thorn, which is the cheapest and most easy to forge blood booster, requiring only blood3 to make
I just wanted to cover the level 5 boosters to highlight ones which would be easiest for you to get as this nation fairly early.

It worked out pretty badly if I’m being honest, I thought growth would compensate but I really suffered from the lack of recruitment.
@@CairnEnjoyer Thanks for being honest. No way to know unless someone tries.
Foul vapors is N4 W1, gonna be pretty hard for a dryad to hit that.

Newer player question: Don't you need Earth 3 to craft Blood Stone since the fountain is an inept smith?

I'm in LA pangea and I went ressources and now turn 32 I want order but for the start ressources is better to spam centaurs

Say it with me fam: Say - Tyr. It's not Sah - ter. It's Say - Tyr. Satyr
Maybe if you’re an Amerigoy
@@CairnEnjoyer I've never heard it said any other way. It's jarring.
