Indian state has never believed Kashmir is theirs. They’ve never once tried to take it , they had nuclear power before us , they had our army down and out several times but they never tried to make a serious effort. They haven’t tried cause they know it can’t be taken by force or by diplomacy specially now with nukes aimed at each other there isn’t any chance of a conventional war. Only skirmishes to keep the jingoism alive. Baqi believe whatever helps you sleep.

1 million causalities happened in the Iraq-Iran war, that war happened in the past 60 years' time period only. So the guy who is talking here about maintaining past 60 years peacful or moral status should also mention that. Even 1971 Bengal genocide also happened during past 60 years only. So don't say that Isarel-Palestine war is creating a totally new wave of wars, and before that, during the past 60 years, the world was peaceful and without any wars. It's just that those wars didn't make it to public eyes much due to lack of social media. I agree that the Isarel Palestine war should stop immediately, but don't put misinformation here about the past 60 years' time period of the world. In the past 60 years , the number of Muslims killed by Muslims is so big in numbers that none of the other countries could do such damage.

Pakistan and india maybe had been one nation in past, But 2 nation theory is totally correct. And i regard Jinnah-Nehru for his such Qualitative and pragmatic assessment as great Visionaries. But big problem arose in pakistan when it started to compete with india on Everything. THey shdnt. Reason is we r different people not by genes and culture but by Mindset & ideology. I dont think Jinanh wanted Pakistan to be Democracy like India, u shdnt talk abt Jinnah 14 points or his demands with Congress in Cabinet mission plan, those were just politics to beat congress down. In reality what Jinnah wanted was reflected in his 1 year of rule in Pakistan. He became gov-general which was De facto head of state and Real executive head. The PM and cabinet were below it. All major decisions were to be taken by Jinnah. He talked abt loose federalism etc with Nehru in cabinet mission for politics, but in reality he wanted Strong centralization which he implemented under him, He wanted Urdu to be national language as part of that. Jinnah even used Proxy war , using afghan mujahedin in kashmir 1948 , which army perfected now except now they use Punjabi lashkars.
Pak army is implementing same model. And I think Pakistanis are also made for this model only. Except now COAS is also Ex officio Gov general of pakistan. All bureaucracy reports to him. Parliament PM etc have limited powers and No power in foreign policy at all. This shd be properly codified into Pakistan constitution now. At least The system of DYARCHY will end. Till now Army take decisions but Responsibility lies on Elected govt. This was same Dyarchy which devastated Bengal Under Robert clive.
Pakistan is Not fit for western style or Indian style democracy. It has evolved own democracy like Jinnah wanted. I think the imran khan phenomena is nothing but new gen want Imran khan as new Gov-general instead of Army chief. Imran acted mostly like that too. Rarely visited parliament , visited only when forced. used heli to directly fly from his palacial Mansion to PM office etc. Never Responded to any opposition blame.
Basically Pakistnanis want some kind of Khalifa/Mehdi to Rule them like all 56 islamic nations want and thy all have some kind of khalifa. like Khalifa erdogan, Al-Sisi & Recent indonesian president.
Pakistanis shd again study Jinnah deeply abt his rule in pakistan, and reframe govt accordingly. I think It is already evovled and stabalised like that.

What does hindutva have to do with the podcast on Pakistan?
Also, don’t talk about Kashmir you have no right to Kashmir. In fact, Kashmir was already free. Pakistan broke a treaty that they had signed with the maharaja. Then he approached India and said please help me, but India said first sign over rights .
so legally, you have no right to Kashmir , perhaps one can have a conversation about them being independent but then you would also lose Pok. Israel Palestine many people say is complex I don’t think asking for a cease-fire and putting conditions on Israel on aid..
they cannot be excessive or build settlements is not asking for much . But one thing is always amazing to me. Is that many Pakistani are against Israel, but in the history of the world they’re only been two countries that were created on the basis of religion, one Israel, the other Pakistan, why is Pakistan just but not Israel
Anybody that cannot see that a two states solution is the only way forward is delusional and actually part of the problem…

At 51:00 mark, a "liberal" Muslim talking about Westerners rising up against empire-- wonder how he thinks about the Islamic history of empire. Was that "zulm"? What that against humanity? He is a byproduct of the Islamic empire's zulm in India, so is he honest enough and self-aware enough? I highly doubt, seeing how he brings up "Kashmir". This is the level of "intellectual" thinkers of Paxtan. lol

I am little disappointed by Mr Zaidi's comment saying or comparing Mohajir vs Ansar with Mohajir vs Sindhi. there is fundamental difference between the two situation. in that case Madina was not liberated or freed, whereas Pakistand was founded and become an independent country and it was the Mohajirs who put huge sacrifies in all manners and move to a strange land. Mr. Zaidi must appoligies of his words or correct his statement. Idealy Mohajir should have offered a piece of Land and live independently in returns of their losses during independence. Mohajirs never beahve this way until discrminiation started and felt here we go again and have to struggle again.... All Mohajirs want or asking is to give them eaual rights and not treat them as slaves. Mr. Zaidi was also wrong saying Mohajirs did not adopt Sindhi culture, I would correct him Yes Mohajirs adopt Sindhi culture, speaking their language to some extend where it was possible (if you live in interior Sindh).

I m from UP . I know How UP Muslims Ashraf- behaves.. They have This SUPERIORITY mindset , They consider themselves to be from Better Genetic stock as from Ruler class from Persia vs the Native indians. They even consider the native Indian Moslem as some kind of barbarian chamaar . they think they r superior in Brains and Have far better culture than the native Indians. They think they brought whatever is good into india, Same BABUR mindset which he writes in his baburnama. If the ashraaf are syeds they have totally different level of superiority. This superiority they had brought from persia and turkey in medieval times, even today Persians and turks have them vs dark skinned indians.
These mohazirs who went to pakistan took that same sentiment. And that caused their conflict with Sindhi-Elite feudal. The feduals slowly took the power and crushed them and secluded them into Karachi . urdu is a language its neither good nor bad. But This superiority infusion in the language and its Promoters has made it to be most hated language in indian subcontinent.

@@GuzzarAwanWhat are you even talking about… this has nothing to do with Muhajiirs. The Persian speaking class conquered territories in India and integrated over time. It’s obvious why they would have all the power. Maybe the real question should be why ‘native Indians’ were so divided in the first place?

    • @Abdullah-uv9nk

@@GuzzarAwanThe Sindhi feudal elite issue with Muhajir makes no sense. Sindh wanted to separate from India because of religion but they did not want Muslims from India? What logic is that. Muhajirs simply want end of discrimination and if not then local governance where there is merit.
