How do you put the actuator back on if you accidentally take off 5 screws instead of just the two?

I get ice cold air on the drivers side but not the passenger or the back

Did this fix the back not having cold air as well?

It definitely took care of the passenger side and now it blows cold air. Not sure about the back. I know the back blows cold air now but I’m not sure if it was blowing warm air before. I just noticed it on the front passenger side. Good luck with things!

The rear has its own blend door actuator behind the rear passenger interior body panel. Its a pain to get too but fixable.
