What do you think about Fundrise?

Love the set it and forget it platform. I started investing in 2020. It’s always good to make a huge profit on these investment opportunities, but I’m pretty happy if my returns match the rate of inflation. Just hope i don’t lose everything by 2025 😂

Would be cool to see a video going over your vision of your fundrise portfolio. Did you get dividens during covid years? How did it grow? Any safeguards in place in contracting lingo since it's a 5 year horizon for return pull?

Nope,. Only people getting rich are the original investors and the executives of the company. Not enough transparency. Sticking with REITS.

Completely understand your hesitation! REITs are a sizeable portion of my portfolio too.

With Fundrise, what happens when the market goes down significantly, is there a possibility losing 100% of the investment? Since the fiscal assets are owned by fundrise, is this risk is minimal?

The Fundrise returns seem to lag a simple index fund like the S&P 500, no thanks.

Keeping it simple with index funds is the bulk of my portfolio too 👍

Housing markets through the roof but yet your account continues to lose money everyday with these people. Withdrew my money. They can keep it.

It's been a rough couple of years for Fundrise. I'm hopeful this year (if interest rates go down) will be better.
