Thank you once again for a wonderful video review. (I do like when you have brought the resort map out and pointed to where you are talking about ... I have now printed it out to follow along.)

I'm going on the first week of October for my third trip there. Really enjoy the quieter end of the big pool. And the food from the food trucks is really good.
Greetings from the Great White North . (Canada EH)

Great information. It would be great if you could insert some footage of the areas as you discuss them.

You mentioned you went to Valentin in January. We are looking to go then. We have been there in July a few times. What’s your thoughts on the weather. Are the pools just as warm as July?

The pools are actually chilly in January. We do a lot more poolside relaxing in January and less time in the pool. Hope that helps!

I've seen reviews where people have complained about the beach towel situation. That there are not towel stations throughout the resort. And that you are limited to the number of towels you can use per day. What's your thoughts on this issue?

Hello! We’ve never had any problem regarding towels. Typically we leave our dirty towels in the room when we leave for dinner and they replace them with clean ones during turn down. There is also a spot by the main pool where you can turn in dirty towels for clean ones. I haven’t heard anyone being frustrated. If you’re on the beach, it would take a walk to return your towels at the towel stand by the pool, but it’s really not super far.

What do you use to communicate with family at home? We have young kids we will be leaving so we want to be able to communicate a little with family. Facebook messenger on wifi? another app?

The Valentin offers free Wi-Fi resort wide. It doesn’t work great at the beach, but we’ve never had a problem in any other areas. We use apple messaging through the Wi-Fi, but could also use FaceTime.
