Got my first diamond Banteng on emerald coast last night, ive been hunting them for about a week now, got a troll 4 points shy of diamond few days ago. Last night level 5 banteng just sitting broadside resting. So satisfying when you have been hunting a speies for a while and you finally get that Diamond
Another way that i have found to make some money in a semi quick way is to set up some geese spots in Hirschfelden. I lay down about 100m from my decoys and use the air rifle. Dont shoot too fast and they dont spook. $400-$600 each and you can down a dozen or more at a time. Bounce around between fields and you can make money fast.
silver ridge peaks is a great money grind map. Turkey are extremely easy to call in and are a pretty easy target. all you do is listen for them and plant yourself in a bush when you notice one. then start using the turkey caller,and just stay still. turkey have great movement vision, but they suck at smelling. this is a great way to earn fast cash and level up your weapons skills.
i just tried out the emerald coast one and it's crazy, i'm still new and i just leveled up 3 times or more in a few hours and upgraded my hyperion to the argus (i can't even control it but it's cool to have more zoom lol) and even got enough money to set up 3 tents along the whole coast.
I made 70k in like 30 minutes from just grinding wolf drink time on medved cause they bug out when you shoot one the whole pack just kinda stays still for a few seconds and there’s always at least 6-10 wolfs so already that’s like 8-15k
@ this has sorta been fixed but is still doable, you have to shoot them from far because of you get close they will run ( kinda like the big cats ) but the whole pack will runs or trot around and stop one at a time for about 5 seconds and then they act normal and run away but if you kill them before they do that the whole pack stays bugged. ( it’s also good because they can go aggressive and come to you )
Me and a friend had a whole pack of wolf which seem to have glitched. They didnt move and just stared at us. What happened next can only be qualified as an organized execution. Nice pay day and a good laugh.
I've had this happen several times now with different species and different maps. Wild Boar on Layton, Red Deer on Hirschfelden, and Banteng on Emerald Coast. It's always funny when it happens and pays really well. I think it seems to be a glitch when they spook, because I was either shooting something else or ran up to them by accident. Instead of spooking and running they just stand there and look at you.
One thing i also noticed, you can shoot like 30 animals from a tripod if you use a bow or crossbow. Also, Crocs dont really seem to care when you fast travel within 50 yards of them, so you can literally just drop a tripod in front of all of your tents to start blasting everything in sight. The .454 and .300 magnum in tandem work great for this grind.
I love Emerald Coast. I just started a new game and not only can you earn a lot of money, if you have the new high caliber pack you can level up each of your weapon skills. Do a coast run with the Arzyna .300 Mag, then switch to the .45-70 Jernberg Superior, repeat with the Strandberg 10SA Executive with slugs, and finally any bow with 600gr arrows.
Go to Australia... enter the saltwater ponds area where the saltwater crocodiles are. Doesn't matter if you spook them. If you crawl, slowly enter the water. There is a point where you can see them underwater, but also you can shoot the crocs at your leisure with this glitch (it does depend on the angle you enter the water and your head angle). Note: it doesn't work for the bow/crossbow
Update... due to this video I got a melanistic female salt water croc, a piebald male salt water croc, and now a Diamond salt water croc that scored 1091. Lady THANK YOU so much!

I came back to this game at first I didn't have the patience but it became easier I've just bought all the maps and other DlC and it kinda made me want to get Call of the Wild the angler just two games to chill to at night.
I've found Banteng on Emerald Coast to pay really well. It's fairly easy to take down an entire herd of them quickly. They're really slow and dumb, and each one (clean kill) pays at least $1000. Often when they spook they run right past you so you can drop several within a few meters. I had 2 herds close together that spooked and ran past me. Took down the closest ones with a bow and switched to the .300 to finish the rest as they ran away. I had about 10 or 12 drop within about 100 meters. Free money.
Been doing that Australian map hot spot idea for a long time. Only problem is when you first spawn at a tent, the damage to animals is very slow, but shoot back of neck drops them quick. Reset my account and did this, within a few weeks i was m axed out 60.

I went to the coast of australia for the crocs and I eneded up killing around 30 animals at the bottom of the coast in the mangroves and ended up with 25k more than I already had. Couldnt help myself lol , I think the ai was buggin and they couldnt flee and they just ended uop standing still and coming back there. (fastmoney) good vid
Yep, running the beach from end to end, fast travelling to tent and going again is the best and got me from level 30-60 in no time, along with hundreds of thousands in cash. Great bonus is if you set it at certain times, you can grab a few banteng along the way and sometimes a fox or 2. 👌🏻

Hirschfelden strawfields are always a good way to make cash. Walk up to a field, find a whole flock of geese and just go wild with a shotgun. Any other species you find in there could be considered a bonus. God knows depending where you are it'll be fallow, boar and red deer galore.
I am retired and single, so guess what that gives me more time to do? Bwahahah That was an excellent tutorial on the big Medved lake Reindeer farming. i have worked that lake several times but never got any water zones in the middle of the lake. now i know to. great leading shots. i work it about the same way with tents and tripods. I can't wait to go back again now. i'm wondering how you got the lake so loaded up with zones. must be spending adequate time reconnoitering/spotting it. The 308 and 303 have impressive penetration using poly, for the non-class 9 rifles. Do you ever use the 6.5? It boasts supreme accuracy but the projectiles aren't as penetrative as the afore mentioned ones are. I like the Rhino for SD against crocks when grinding Emarald coast. I found that same technique of going tent to tent after spotting nearby prey and yes, they wont spook but get annoyed and sometime agressive...always ready with defense weapon. I have also used the 308 autoload for defense, it does well, without the scope. Absolute blast..no pun, thanks LadyLegendXO. Always entertaining and informative. Congrats on the diamond crock. i also got one there 🐊🎉
On Yukon I’m pretty lucky, every so often I’ll come across a group of caribou that don’t flee when spooked. 10 or so caribou 800-1200 a piece adds up nicely!
Thank you for the trouble you saw to discover this. I need it because I tend to spend lots of money because I often see it useful to set up several tents per reserve and put a tripod pretty close to each tent. By the way, this game seems to have a fictional currency that apparently has roughly ten times less purchasing power than real life US Dollar.
@@jleep2017 I did not launch the game to have a look but according to some website, an Elite 2 tent costs 16000 in-game currency. More than sixteen animals have to be shot to make up for the cost so whatever you do, dont put them just anywhere you fancy but to productive places and at least as far as 200 meters (or was it yards) from a place where you go to stalk or ambush animals (to avoid them getting spooked).
@@jleep2017 Ok. Good. Just watch carefully that you install the tents a few hundred meters from where animals spawn. Another very EXPENSIVE but still recommended purchase would be tripod or other similar kind of stand or hiding place. Because when you shoot animal from there, if you are still there when animal drops dead, that means much less hunting pressure. Now hunting pressure is something you want to avoid because it not only makes hunting more difficult but too much of it and animal spawn point will disappear (so you have to go somewhere else to hunt for a while to avoid that from happening)

These spots have definitely helped me, however I don't get anywhere close to the same amount of animals spawning in as you do! My crocs for example are scattered across the beach one at a time and never in groups.. could I be doing something wrong, or perhaps a game update nerfed some of these locations?
I'm surprised bison didn't make the cut, they're so slow and easy to find on Yukon and you can basically roll around the map on the ATV hunting them with a shotgun.
Well the best new way to make cash with any consol is find crock then go to the top of the emerald map where it curbs stay on the edge the there you go

quick question I have like 3 zones of white deer in revountoulli but I killed most of them and now there are not coming any new ones to the zone, im not grinding for a great one i just want fast cash...should I reset the zones with hunting pressure or should I just kill everything off in the hopes of new ones spawning?
You are not getting respawns because the game wants you to find all of your drink zones first and then they'll respawn consistently. You can go to other spots and grind or blow the zone out but it will likely reappear somewhere else and you'll have to refind it. That or find your drink zones first.

I found another easy way to make money go out on the taiga and find wolves and just kill then it’s around 1200 per wolf and you can kill like 6 of them in 2 minutes if they try to attack you
ladylegend i tried to do a fallow deer grind but not all the drinking spots are there (te awarou national park) i have 25 spots is it enough and one more thing if i kill a solo does it spawn anywhere in the map or near the other fallow spots
Idk if it just worked for me but if i shoot a croc and it dies after a while, i usually forget about it but it then floats to the location where i was when it died and not where i shot it
I still like lions for quick cash. Even the smallest females can pay over $1200 and it gives you a chance at getting an albino lion. Also getting heart shots on them is pretty easy after a little practice.

On my game the geese never land on the ground
Before the bird update in the hunter they were a lot easier to shoot on console and they gave 1000-1300
Used to be the best way for cash before the Rev update, I made about 2 mil in two weeks using that method

My go to glitch 😂 I usually crawl down in the water and boom. 5 crocs in one area. I kept repeating this method until I got bored

I run the south coast with the 338 bolt action during banteng time and there are no crocs so u can get nice and close

On my fallow grind I have a zone that my fallow freeze and it gives me a lot of money. Fallow are over 1000 for most bucks.

Also one way to get amazing cash is when you prone in water without getting up. That way u can see trough the water and shoot the crocs that got away.
another thing that helps me is spamming SHIFT instead of holding it. More stable aim for longer

Banteng are also good for cash, they are slow and have huge lungs, a single lung shot takes them down quickly with the 300.

Lvl 11 using 5 DLCS 2 for duck etc, I go to ponds in Layton Lake District and I can make up to 5k$ in 20-1hr from that one spot.
1 more to add is fallow deer because they spawn in big heards and they are easy to take down with most 4-8 rifles

Lady... IF im doing Moose G1 grind should i take every moose which i kill or it doesn't matter IF i leave it?
I would recommend picking up your kills. It will take way longer to spawn the GO if you don’t. They changed the code I think
ladylegend i tried to do a fallow deer grind but not all the drinking spots are there (te awarou national park) i have 25 spots is it enough and one more thing if i kill a solo does it spawn anywhere in the map or near the other fallow spots

Idk if it just worked for me but if i shoot a croc and it dies after a while, i usually forget about it but it then floats to the location where i was when it died and not where i shot it

Hate to say it, but hop on the ATV and drive down banteng on emerald coast. It's fast and easy money, but it kinda feels like poaching 😅

I still like lions for quick cash. Even the smallest females can pay over $1200 and it gives you a chance at getting an albino lion. Also getting heart shots on them is pretty easy after a little practice.

What gun would you recommend ? I don’t have the 300 largest I’ve got is probably the malmer 7mm magnum??
The Malmer is strong but the bolt actions have too much recoil for my taste. I also love the zarza 308
