The timing is unreaI HAHA! I had the urge to do just that and started a new game like an hour ago xD I want to work myself through each map and really want to experience/appreciate every detail that the Devs put into the game.
I realized that I didn't really played any of the new maps "properly" and I really want that to change now ^^ I'm looking forward to this video :)

@@LadyLegendXO I must apologize to you, in your discord I had tagged the owner (wasn’t thinking about rules or anything at the time) about the EW team looking for people to join on a player council, one of your supporters had chatted this “Lady Legend for president” in the live stream that was going on and I had thought about you when I seen they were looking for some people. As dedicated as you are to the game, I felt it was worth mentioning in your discord but the post was deleted and there were a few comments about the rules so I just left the server. I felt like I was promoting you by mentioning it but then I been punished because of it. Great video. I started a few months ago and already have about 200 hrs so far. I watched a lot of your other videos and videos from other players and learned much of what you have shown in this video. Personally I still play like I am hunting in real life since killing everything in sight and grinding for trophies and great ones is too game like for my tastes. My GF doesn't understand how I can sit in a blind for an hour waiting on a shot, LOL Keep up the good work!

Excited to be a new player! I'm currently level 17, had spent most of my time on Layton Lake, especially trying to do the missions and finding it aggravating. The one I'm currently on that I'm absolutely sick of is to shoot a white tail from 200m near Kraken Rope bridge (and that's after spending >10 hours trying to find those coyotes near Cheelah).
Yesterday I switched up to Silver Ridge and it is like night and day. So enjoyable, animals everywhere, missions that aren't tedious.
Loving your videos. Looking forward to herd management and great one grind, but for now focused on completing missions and levelling up. Yet to see a diamond, but really noticed the increase in golds lately (which I suspect is from consecutive harvest?), so can't be far off.
consecutive harvest increases your cash per animal but does not affect the score at all. Finding golds/diamonds comes down to what was originally put on your map and your respawns - so rng - it's random
I appreciate this content, seeing as a new dad i dont have time to play COTW as much, and I'm still on my super rare croc grind. 3 gold rares, 7 diamonds, a fully HM'd map, and 1200 kills later, still not quite there yet. Def don't have time to restart a new toon.
Im still only level 6 but watching your channel has really helped me, just last week I was aiming wherever I felt, never hitting vitals, always leaving empty handed and disappointed, but now I’m hitting heart or lung consistently, now I’m just hopping for my first diamond
i'm lvl 3 and well i almost always leave empty handed cuz my aim sucks lol.

Amazing!!! Although soft points can have a good purpose. Let's say with certain species like moose where it can be really hard to get a double lung, use soft points if your gonna get a single lung might as well use the ammo that does more expansion damage

Just got the game on the 5th. I am currently level 32 and wow this game is super fun. Waiting to see how you're playing the game any differently at this point in leveling! I have only completed the main missions for Layton, Medved, and Silver Ridge.
This will be helpful for me, being a new PC player ❤
What I like to do is roam around the map from lake to lake while hunting during the day and then at night I focus on going to outposts and lookouts. If you have the ATVs it makes that considerably easier to get that free XP. Plus you get more fast travel points.
Around level 5 game is fun got it two days ago love the videos and I plan to watch more

Level 3, just started, and had a moose kill or two with a Zarza .308
Also got trampled on by white tail deer, which was surprising.
Then had a warning call from a bear within 20m, so I high-tailed it outta there and didn't look back (actually took off my headphones in case he was nipping at my heels!!)

My level 5 and 4 from the hard to single zones what am I doing wrong can anyone help
@@darter475 single zones can be weird, I didn't really pay attention to them. I mainly rotated between 4-5 zones I liked
I remember my first time playing I forgot about the missions and saw a mouse and got around 50m away from it then missed my shot 😂

This makes me remember playing on my friends Layton lake it was so fun sadly he’s out of the game and got very bored of it I still play on it I found a diamond coyote on it, and he found a blonde black bear but I think it was when they were uncommon but he thought it looked cool.

Level 60, about to start new game for fresh maps to do grinds. I've had a very hard time convincing myself to do it, i hate the thought of having no perks/ better ammo/etc.
If you don’t want to pay for the dlcs and if you’re on pc, you can download pretty much all of them for free. You’ll only be missing some camos, the Labrador, and a gun pack.(can’t remember which pack)
I unfortunately found out the hard way that your save data on xbox cannot be connected to pc, that includes dlcs and all my progress. Re-bought the game for $4 on g2a and a few clicks to get all dlcs. So glad I didn’t have to rebuy anything else.

After i had issues and it erased some of my stuff before thanksgiving (my backup save on my ps4 put me back to when i first opened emerald coast) i decided to reset my game and i just got back to level 60 and only a few maps fully open with many still barely touched

I love doing challenges like this. My plan is similar no DLC guns (i dont count map guns that you have to pay in game money for) till 60, Im also limiting myself to 2 long guns and a bow or pistol, so no more than 3 weapons. And also the ARs and Classic rifles (M1, Mosin, 303) i can only use the 1-4x scope.

hi lady i just wanted to say because you did that dosent that mean you cant do guided hunts and no great one grinds? and you will have to refind all of the drink zones for fallow moose whitetail bears and red deer? or is this like a new save like do you still have your old progres?
I believe the fancy 270 was promised for free in perpetuity if you participated in a huge competition way back there .. but now I had to buy it recently ..although not a big problem for me it's just that when they promise they should make it so

I reset my game also after playing for 2,600 hours, I am now lvl 9 lol but I now have the hyperion scope & 308 gun. I got a bit sidetracked with the Newzealand map on way of the hunter, lol. It's funny why I am playing the new map. I keep getting the urg to go kill stuff on call of the wild.

I picked this game up when it was free on epic a few years ago. I got Frustrated with it because it kept crashing at launch so I stopped playing it. Picked it back up a few months ago when Australia came out and I reached level 60 on epic. I also decided to make a separate apex account and buy it on steam with all the dlcs when there was the Black Friday sale to start a new game. I was even able to run them both at the same time to tent my map for outposts.
Australia is definitely the best map for leveling fast and making cash. Since I had the dlcs I used the Zarza 308(for kangaroos-Crocs) the sunberg(for banteng and crocs) 2 Cumeo pistols (foxes and goats) and the couso(rancho shotgun for birds).

On my ps4 im level 38, but i downloaded theHunter on my pc 2 days ago to maybe be in a guided hunt and on the pc im level 9

Why don't you unlock story points on the map when levelling up? It speeds up levelling a lot on the first map.

I would encourage considering *not* using ATVs or “tenting” the map with a friend to unlock maps quickly. Enjoy the exploration and leaning about the map slowly. (Plus you won’t get bored so quickly.) I find it much more enjoyable.

When your in your binocjulors u can Press R and it Will spot where ur pointing😊😊
I have been shooting Crocs out of a tripod and I've got in the habit of reloading before I get out. That way if I stumble upon a pack of crocs I have 5 rounds at the ready.
I usually reload before fast traveling as well
It’s a good habit so you always know how many shots ya got.
i got my first whitetail diamond today its my first time playing the hunter cotw ive hunted i think 15 animals and 9 of the have been whitetails im so happy

i still wish they'd allow us to have mutliple profiles. ik ppl can save there game data and stuff but man its a pain lol.

Hello Lady I have a question
Can you maybe make like rate my loadout? Cuz I would like an opinion from a pro like you. You could maybe even make a video series if you want to :D
Anyways here is my loadout (it is supposed to be universal - I have every type of gun and can kill every type of an animal)
1) binoculars
2) Zarza-10 .308
3) Canning Magmum .300 Frontier
4) Zagan Varminter .22-250
5) Cacciatore 12G
6) Razorback Lite CB-60
7) 10mm davani
Scopes: Argus 8-16X50
The night vision scope
Davani scope
Red raptor scope (for shotgun)
Rangefinder for bow
I also carry the night vision binoculars for night hunting at me (I carry both binoculars at once so I can just easily swap them mid-hunt)
I have the perk with bigger inventory + the small backpack (like it or not I want all of the guns, scopes and everything and I don't really feel any difference even when hunting with the bow)
This leaves me with 1.5 space, any ideas? For example I put the caller for smaller predators (distress rabbit) and the spray that makes you smell less. Then I put some dog treats but I plan to get something better than this.
Ff you have any ideas then be sure to share them with me however I'm not really planning to change the guns expect the Zagan. I'm really strugling with the 2-3 game and not sure what to put there. for strictly 2-4 I like the Zagan best however I do know that I can leave some smaller items behind and get the starter gun for 2-6 animals however I don't really like using it because: I have a really bad luck with it; it makes the zarza look useless cuz for animals 4-6 I can use the starter gun and for 7-8 I can use the .300. I know that that is a really stupid fact but here I am. I also know about the second gun for class 2-6 for around 24k (not sure what it's called) but I heard it's pretty weak (and also you need a special scope for it :/).

For old hunter, good for reserves reboot. Not more.
The first time the "new game" was pressed for me, was my ex´s cat decided to use my keyboard and mouse as a walking path... And I haven´t been lvl. 60 ever since... The worst thing about starting a new game, is the levels before zeroing and scope spotting! And I find the first 29 levels a hassel, but not that terrible
