Hey Scarecrow, I know that people sometimes hunt diamonds for a few days, and nothing happened, but when I was trying to grind red deer, I was preparing all the tents and other stuff, and I heard a warning call of an ibex, and I saw lvl 5 in the herd. And I had a perfect shot, and he dropped instantly. It was a diamond.
Hey crow just curious if you’ve ever had a problem with your tents, stands decoys and water blinds being completely removed from the map and retuned back into the inventory? Not playing on multiplayer maps playing on my maps. I’ve been playing on and off for a few years and just these last few weeks it’s happened 3 times.
They finally add all these cool ass great ones and I cant force myself to play this game. Ive tried the last couple days and I cant stop shutting the game off. I will say its better with animals fleeing easier but this is still CotW and the animals just come back in a short wait.

Do you have a video that explains your setup or what exactly youre doing? My 7yo and I are fairly new at this and are trying to find the best way to get bigger scoring animals. Do you just have tents up around watering holes all over the map and fast traveling around?
Omg the first time I saw a great one I was in one of the free maps and I sat in a big wooden stand (forgot what its called where it’s super high and there’s a ladder) and I stood there for awhile than I had to use the restroom. While I was in the bathroom A RED DEER GREAT ONE CAME OUT- staring at me making the grunt noise and I than came back, took out my binoculars cuz I was like “what’s dat in the distance?” I WAS PANICKING ONCE I FOUND OUT WHAT IT WAS AND I WAS INCREDIBLY HESITANT TO SHOOT IT-, I managed to get a shot however somehow it barely hit any vital organs and I never saw one again, I than rewatched the footage the ps5 caught and you can basically see my panick through the game play HAHAHA- man it’s been awhile since I played, I actually might boot it up again soon but yeah thanks for reading.
I have a very important question. I just hopped back on Revontuli to do another whitetail grind (hadn’t been on Revontuli for about 8 months or so) and now every single one of my zones I go to is full with does and level one bucks. This is not how my map was when I left it, I’ve went to at least 30 different zones and I have a total of 1 level 3 (I had about 5 stacked when I stopped the grind), like 5 level 2’s, and like 50 level 1’s and then does. I’m not sure what happened, but do you know how I can fix my grind?
Man how do you get great ones is it luck or do you have to manage what you shoot bc like what I’ve learnt from this video is you just shoot a bunch and they spawn
That’s my favorite rack ever that’s great one moose. There’s also different great one and there is different racks of the great one moose and that is my best and I never seen a spider rack oh and 10 fables, spider moose
Since he’s using the herd management method, he’s doing all of the zones until they’re useless. See where he picked up his tent and used it? He closed that zone and continued the rest. It’s like a cycle.

You need to do herd management
Set up a tent and tripod at 4 of your worst zones and the rest of the tents and tripods at your 4 best zones
Make sure you’re using the right gun for the animal class
Don’t roam around killing animals in every zones stay consistent in your tripod stand

Maps refresh every update I’m pretty sure. But they do refresh every so often for a specific reason.
Next, you should do it with you other setups and other maps. Congrats on the two amazing great ones.

Crow you should use the e call to call in the go whitetail to a zone where the go moose is and take them down with the same gun back to back
