These tools can tighten or loosen hard-to-reach, heavy-duty bolted connections and deep-bed rims of heavy vehicles by continuous rotation. Alkitronic torque wrenches/torque multipliers have the following advantages:
• They can deliver torques from 190 Nm up to 2,800 Nm.
• They are economical and safe to operate. They do not suffer from weather-related costly downtime.
• They are comfortable to operate. The motor unit can rotate 360 degrees. They can be operated with one hand and switch between clockwise and counter-clockwise directions.
• They provide higher joint quality (compared to impact and hydraulic wrenches) by continuously rotating the square drive.
• They have a heavy duty, rugged housing made of cast aluminium. The EAF2-N model has a motor housing made of special polymer that is break-proof and resistant to corrosion.
• They have low running costs. They have a maintenance-free, brushless, synchronous motor.
The EAF2-N model (shown in the video) is a Li-Ion battery driven 2-speed model with a release function. It has a low weight, ergonomic design, and low noise emissions. It does not require noise protection.
The CLD-N model is a pneumatic driven model. It is ideal for use in explosion-proof working environments. It has a world proven reliable pneumatic drive motor.
