Colossal Beef Bone Soup at this new South Philly restaurant!

- East South Asian cuisine located 647 W Ritner street in South Philly is a Cambodian restaurant has been open for about 5 months now. I can tell you this is authentic as it gets with their recipe. The Cambodian beef soup tastes like a home cooked meal. The Cambodian Hoagie was crunchy, sweet and delicious which makes it a must try. Now as far as the bone soup it is served every other day and there are limited amounts so come early if you want to try this delicacy. This is probably going to be my new favorite place to get some khmer beef soup. We highly recommend them!

Bone meat is insanely good. I make homemade beef stew by starting with a beef bone stock. Don’t tell anyone but I gnaw off the bone meat before anyone gets to taste it. Chef’s reward.

I love paya, mum's makes it , usually with thicker soup, and spicy, it taste great with a good quality bread , soaks all that lovely juice up

I’ve heard you’re not supposed to give dogs cooked bone as the shards could split their intestines. Raw bones, I think won’t splinter as easily.
