Now I have two things to say: I watched your video about NYC pizza (well it was a Sicilian pie), what makes the NYC pizza the best and I admit that it is, it’s ALL IN THE WATER. NYC water is acknowledged to be the best in the country. Best water = best crust. But Philly pizza is pretty damn great, too!

I can appreciate a homemade spot, but this pie just looks nasty overall. Everyone has their own tastes...looks uncooked and way too much cheese.
