I pick up the 3 unit set a few weeks ago and what a difference using time code has made over my previous audio and visual methods of syncing two or more cameras! Anyone doing multi-camera shoots NEEDS these!
Rode Wireless Pro now has timecode built in. Not always necessary for what I personally shoot, however it makes it very easy to just send the timecode jam signal to my BMPPCC4k and get the correct date and time and then set it back to record audio in, rather than having to fiddle with the settings and adjust the date and time manually.
Really need to check them out. I’ve bought so many wireless mic kits over the last few years I was trying to avoid getting another but I may just have to get one!
How do you use it with Sony 7s3 or Sony mark 4 & 5, I tried with the normal 3.5 cables it didn’t work… could you update on that if the FX3 cable works for all Sony brand cameras or so Thanks ZF

So whats inside the box that its not just a simple cable? does it step down the level? Cant this be done from the timecode box?
are it works for the new firmware 3.0 of sony A7IV and A7sIII? no body Test it in youtube using Multi-port for new firmware

That’s the tilta cage. Done a review on it. It’s a really nice cage which you can also use as a half cage.
Have you tried to use the multi cable with the new firmware A7iv?
No not yet. I presume it should work just as well as the FX3
