Keep up the great work
Some bosses are quite easy. Some are quite difficult. That's just how this game plays.
I think you are right that Dalton attacked anyone who hit him, but he also did a single attack on a random target periodically as well.
Watching you try and figure it all out is a lot of fun :) and you never have enough gold for what you want lol somedag you might just grind :p keep up the awesome playthrough :) your a boss beating machine lol
LOL, nice job defeating the Nus on your first try. They randomly alternate between the headbutt that does 1 damage and the headbutt that takes you to 1HP, you were lucky they didn't use both in a row xD
The Black Gemstone gives you a triple tech that can only be used by Lucca, Marle and another character you have yet to recruit.
I'm not sure you noticed, but Ayla's Boulder Toss can't lift things that are attached to the ground, or are too heavy, which I assume Dalton is because of the iron spheres. Dalton counters everything with iron sphere, which only halves your HP, so it's not so hard to beat him, but if you don't heal, he can cheap shot you with his Burp attack when he dies xD
The other story bosses shouldn't be too hard. You can bring Frog to the end of the Ocean Palace for some extra dialogue, but nothing too important.
Bosses shouldn't be too bad from here on out aside from some of the optional ones.
After watching your playthrough i now see the "U" in Magus as an "N" so it reads as Magns, just flip it upsidedown
But have you adjusted to the extra N in Melchoir?
All time favorite game other than the Zelda franchise.
