    I love the historical information you guys provide in your videos! I’m a huge Mitsubishi fan and hearing you talk about how awesome the Evolution is fantastic. The throw back to Gran Turismo and talking about how power isn’t a priority here in Japan, I feel like you guys are speaking my language lol. The mod plan Dawson said is pretty similar to the way I’m taking care of my CN9A and CT9A. Focusing on maintenance and improving what breaks to develop a car for touge roads. Please continue putting out awesome content like this! It’s fresh and original to see knowledgeable people create content that isn’t just burnouts and click bait.

    The early Lancers were really the truest form of that car. I always felt the later iterations got a little over the top. Something about those early, simpler versions that were so much more appealing and fun to drive.

    Evo is simply ahead of it's time and one of the best car ever come out of the Japan.. It has AWD system so advanced that it is still one of the best and greatest AWD system in the world.. It has performance based Torque vectoring system which sends more power to those wheels which needs it.. Unlike Today's AWD systems like Quattro which has a simple open differential in the rear and brake based Torque vectoring system..Even Nissan's ATTESA E-TS AWD System is no match for S-AWD system..S-AWD is simply underrated unlike overrated Quattro and ATTESA.. Evo simply is One of the Most advance car ever produced.. so sad they discontinued it..

      Abhishek I’m not sad, not all models of cars are gonna last for 20 plus years before you are just milking the name and not putting significant design improvements, look at the corvette, it’s made GIANT changes in order to keep its relevance and performance up to the new standards of cars. People do this too much with jdm cars, we can’t be stuck in the past forever but we can own a piece of the past and choosy to appreciate it. The Evo X is ugly and underwhelming when compared to every other evo and I like the lancer evo a lot I grew up using them in video games like gt4

  • @Skirk84

    Borg Warner EFR 6258 or Garrett G25-660 both come on faster than the stock turbo and build boost quicker. The cars we have installed these on make 50kw more at 2000rpm than the stock turbo, and 260-300kw up top depending on cams and tune, or how close you want to be to hurting your engine on 98 octane. Both amazing turbos and better than the tomei bolt ons as well as ones other companies provide.

    • @piecebombs5911
      @piecebombs5911 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was thinking of going with the fp green turbo and replicating adam lz's engine setup. Do you think a g25-660 might be better than the fp green?

    • @Skirk84
      @Skirk84 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@piecebombs5911 the fp green makes a little more power without going e85, but on e85 the g25-660 makes more power. The reason for this is the g25 doesnt make much power per psi, so you have to run high boost to get the most out of it. We made 260kw on 23psi for example with mild kelford cams and a 3.5" exhaust on pump 98. An fp green will make a bit more. But when it comes to e85 the g25 will crack 400rwkw, the fp green will sturggle. But the spool is much better on the g25. So itt depends what you are after and what fuel you plan on running. I prefer the g25 (you can put them in stock evo 8 rear housing) but the fp green is a nice bolt on kit and makes good easy power on pump fuel and isnt really laggy.
