♥ One of many beautiful movie themes. It's amazing seeing a full orchestra playing this. truly a gift of talent from writing the music and seeing it played.
I can close my eyes and SEE the scenes in my head on what music is playing...Saw this movie in the drive-in...the music hooked me. Have loved it ever since.
yes it was Clint Eastwood, and you could see a large cutout of him on the wall ....awesome movie..Met Clint in Jackson Hole Wyoming while he was filming Every witch way you can....great reaction, following you since subbing at Angelina Jordan.
you said you might have heard second part before in some comercial, but if you like Metalica , they use the second part in the start of there concerts.. just a thought..
Yes, worth it to watch the movie again! You’re remembering correctly about the hanging scene. If you get a chance, y’all need to go see an orchestra play👍🏼
Im from Serbia and know that movie and of Clint Eastwood... Being from US, I think this is a must to know like part of the culture :) Great reaction guys
"Never seen it"!! A crime, as it is one of the best Westerns ever made (In Spain and for Italian/German money, I think? With an Italian Instructor and - Composer). Only the three main and by that time, rather inexpensive actors are American, but the Set from the American Civil War is a large and expensive Production. No corners cut to make it really epic. Look for the broken van in the desert, when Southern, Grey troops come riding to rescue! And the Officer in the front, with a stone face, claps his sleeve, to become Northern Blue, below the grey dust! And the Story line is about a known Criminal man to be delivered to be hanged for a Reward, several times 😄! That's why the Hanging man, and main actor, Clint Eastwood as a shadow in the background.
"Billie Holiday - "Strange Fruit" Live 1959 [Reelin' In The Years Archives]" Billie Holiday was an American Jazz and Swing music singer, she had an innovative influence on jazz music and pop singing. Here is another performance of an Ennio Morricone soundtrack from the film "The Mission", with Morricone conducting the orchestra: th-cam.com/video/s7w-IeNR9ko/w-d-xo.html
Ah, that's interesting! Metallica incorporating it as an intro adds another layer of depth to the music. It's fascinating how different artists draw inspiration from classical pieces. Thanks for sharing!
@@SimplyTwoDudes It is getting more weird/interesting. The Drummer in Metallica is also Danish. The world is getting smaller. I wonder if all roads lead to Denmark? Haha.
Enio Morricone is a GENIUS!!!! Suggestion for next music video is Jail Break by AC/DC - ref below link th-cam.com/video/g8xScxmekQk/w-d-xo.html BTW - back in the 70's , when I was young, saw then live in the local pubs when they were still "raw" and bl**dy awesome
Correct you are go watch it again Clint Eastwood AKA Blondie AKA the good Eli wallach aka poncho aka the ugly Lee Van Cliff aka Angel eyes AKA the bad original score 1966 by an Italian composer
Here is something that is also amazing. Romans 5:8-11 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life; and not only so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation." Mark 1:15 “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” 🙏
"The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" is, if not the greatest, certainly the most iconic western of all time. Everyone needs to see it at least once.
