@@sleepwalkingonthinice__48 Question for everyone with wrx on tune. Did you use ots tune for the time being while driving the car into tune shop to get pro tune. Or did you install DP and Air intake and leave it stock until you arrived to get protune?
I would say that stage 1 is just the tune with accessport and stage 1+ is ap with intake the +1 being the intake in stages. Stage 2 is downpipe and ap (cobb supported) and stage 2+ is air intake, downpipe, and ap (maperformance) no issues here with ap readings. Stage 3 bolt ons, flex, & other supporting modifications. Just my thoughts. Good video 😎🤙
Tanner, I just posted my son's Shinjin Tuned 19 STI on the 15+ group. SF intake, AOS and ETS catback 324@whp 354trq. And the AFR and temps are clean !!! I say this because if a tuner specializes in pops and flames, don't walk but RUN AWAY !!
Video randomly popped up in my feed. But I have a 2020 wrx. And I can assure you the rev hang was still there. Stage 1 tune made the driving so much smoother
From a guy at Boost Controlled Performance, you can see upwards of 350whp and 340 ftlbs of torque. Going higher than 350 torque is what causes engines to blow on stock internals. You can obviously make around 400+ with e85 BUT you need upgraded pistons and conrods.
I like those white wheels! Also that 35 min drive for E85 is definitely worth it. Just fill up a couple of jugs and obviously don’t store it to long. Flex fuel was one of my favorite mods I did. The torque and power is so good!
I may end up going to E in the future but it's just a hassle for right now. Traffic is so bad on the way to the station 😅 the car would make a decent amount more power swapping over too 😫
Hey man thank you so much for explaining all the stages. I'm brand new Subaru owner just got a used 2017 WRX in blue and Manuel 2 weeks ago and my first manual car.
I’m planning to get a 2021 STI next year, so happy I found an explanation of the stages. I already have mods planned out, so I’m hoping that I’ll get a bit more reliability out of it as well as an increase in power: - TurboSmart Kompact fully recirculating bypass valve - Grimmspeed top mount intercooler - IAG AOS V3 Street version (though I’m considering the competition version - not sure if the competition version requires a tune, though I’ve heard the street version doesn’t) - Mishimoto X Line Performance aluminum radiator - GetADomTune Cylinder 4 cooling mod - Killer B oil pan kit Any 2021 WRX STI owners here, if you can, please give me some feedback on these parts if you have them. I want to be able to get a general consensus on what works and what doesn’t for these motors.
Enjoyed the discussion. I have all the "stage 3" goodies from Cobb and a Process West TMIC. I knew pretty well everything you said, but it was still well presented and informative. Keep it coming man.
Damn rewatching this video again in 2021 and seeing this version of the Bluebaru again is wild ! So much difference in the 17 STI now it has a 6 cylinder boxer engine !
I just made my 13 WRX STI flex fuel, 1050 injectors, FPR, Fuel sensors for E85, DW 300 pump, IAG TV's, IAG fuel rails... I was able to hit the 350whp. I'm super happy with the tune and how it performs.
Hey @Smeedia, I just want to make a correction on what you said: Stage 1 for WRX: you literally only need the accessport and flash it on all stock parts, not the intake. I know "opinions" varies, but if you consult forums and reputable tuners, they'll tell you that the intake is one of the LAST mods you should do. The factory one is actually very good up to ~400HP. Cold air intake is nothing more than a sweet noise maker and at most, you'll gain 5-10hp for a $300-$400 upgrade. You're better off spending that money on a AOS and TGV/EGR delete than an aftermarket intake. PS- I'm not biased. My WRX is a "stage 3" track-oriented car. And I have an aftermarket CAI.
Appreciate the input! When it comes to the FA I'm not too versatile with the modifications to them. Only ever had an Acessport on my old 16 WRX but always open to additions and more information to help out other owners!

This was a super helpful and informative summary. You seem to understand there are new people coming into the community all the time. Love your content bro. Please don't burn out.
I’d advocate for intercooler as soon as you start modding your car. Oem intercoolers struggle stock in general let alone with more power. Add ETS front mount/tmic to one of the first things you do. Doesn’t change noise or power, but it lets you keep things cooler which is super important. And in turn helping power more consistently
Hey man, awesome content, love the channel. I was actually looking the other day what stages I should buy, who to buy from, etc. I think it would be really awesome to do a video on Cobb's stage 2 package versus Grimmspeed stage 3 package. For like a stage comparison deal or more like what is the cheapest, yet most reliable way to get to stage 3 on a budget.
Interesting to see how your power is different from my '18 STI basically at "stage 3". Yours makes more horsepower but less torque than mine. I just love the variance between all the cars! And love the channel too btw!! I've rewatched so many videos at this point and love every minute. Thanks for being an awesome and positive creator in the community, both cars and TH-cam!
Appreciate the support! The motivation from everyone has been outstanding! Really helps in creating more. The variance between the cars has always been interesting. I've done this build once before and had totally different numbers 😅
@@hariskeso4183 my car makes 351whp and 403wtq at e70 and only 309whp and 353wtq on 91oct. The car runs great and feels great with all the other driver mods I've done to it since (pitch stop mount and brace, bushings, tranny mounts, engine mount, etc). The only downside rn is Cobb's ethanol sensor failing on me but it's getting warrantied to their newest version and my fuel pump failing due to wiring and voltages/amps on the stock wiring harness for the fuel pump (aem 340). But other than those minor inconveniences, the car always puts a smile on my face every time I drive it or look at it.
Driving three hours tomorrow just to go look at a 14 wrx hatch 5 speed manual with a sun roof for 25k hoping that its in mint condition so i can cop it ive been looking for one for a minute
Yes I wanna say the same thing finally somebody broke down base wheel horsepower stage 1 stage 2 possibly stage 3 because I asked so many other people on other TH-cam channels and nobody ever got back to me thanks again great video by the way
Picked up a '20 WRX back in November, rev hang definitely feels like it is still there but seems like it's gotten waaaay better than what I've seen in videos of earlier models
Watching this a second time and have to say, something that would really set this car apart from every other Subaru, and remember this comment is going back in time 🙄🤣. But yeah I think you should get the wheel nuts and the break calipers paint in the subaru blue. I think that would put so much class into your build

Damn I wish I can just chill with you and soak in all that Subaru knowledge for my 19 STI. It's my very first car that I bought myself and watching your videos have been very informative but sadly I'm a person who learns best by learning in person. Keep up the videos though man!
Looping what are your goals for the car? Daily, track, both? Are you going to keep it long term? I would start with a catback and cylinder 4 cooling mod (GetaDomTune). Also if you do get an accessport GET A PRO TUNE!!!
I don’t even talk in stages but it’s easy to know what’s done if you say stage 1 Cobb. You don’t have to list every freaking mod that’s even more “cringe” than using the word cringe. You know what’s done and about what power it has.
I think it needs to be pointed out that peak HP is not the only thing you get with tuning. I have an 18 STI for example, and with a tune alone I didn't get much more peak HP, but I got a hell of a lot more power lower down in the RPM range. It makes the car noticeably quicker.
I've never hated a channel so much before. The more I watch the more I realize how ridiculous everything is. At first, I thought I was okay with how my car was set up. I wasn't educated, I didn't know much, you know the saying ignorance is bliss? But now after watching these videos, I have to save up like another 10k to get the car where I want it. Thanks for the educational videos and making me broke

Your content is amazing! The amount of detailed information, doing pro/con of mods, and emphasis on getting the correct parts and installing them with care, sets you far above most other WRX-related channels! You have become my advisor for tuning my 2017 rexie. (26500 miles, Stage 1+) I'm waiting on some parts, jpipe, charge pipes, bigger tmic, and possible cat/axle back or single exhaust to save weight. Can you tell me your opinion of the single pipe exhausts available, and can I use one without being obnoxiously loud? I have zero exterior modifications and want to stay sleeper (not that any WRX is a sleeper, but you get me)
@@Smeedia Excellent and thanks! I'm also going Collin Chapmam on mine, I want to get at least 200 lbs out of the car, but I also want to keep it fun and relatively comfortable to daily drive.
Nice having all these videos cause here in Saskatchewan don't have much time outside the garage ! In my opinion , after 4 turbo Subies and 6 engines my best advice is know exactly where you want to end up , but seeing as that's almost impossible in reality there's never an end to the build it's the journey not the destination ! Subie love is Subie love , in the end you get what YOU want ! I'm ok with someone just buying a new one and keeping it as is ..........just think if I did that with my 2002 WRX !
True, after 6 or 7 STIs now there really is no end to these cars. Knowing what you want from the beginning will help in building but 9/10 times you end up changing paths. It can be frustrating at times but you are 100% right that it is about the journey 🔥😁
@@Smeedia If you started with WRX then you would appreciate the extra power of the STI ! I used to think my WRX stage 2 was fast until I drove a tuned STI it's not in the same universe ! The 6 speed is the best most noticeable upgrade I've done !
@@bruceholinight7978 then trans is the biggest selling point, I've had 2 FA WRXs but both of them were only stage 1. The trans was one of the reasons I went back. I sold my 2007 STI for a 2016 WRX and only had it for about 6 months. I was not a fan of the cable style transition compared to the STIs. But it's good to know the insight between hownthebpiwer is displaced with the trans for a stage 2 WRX!
@@Smeedia Keep the videos coming never to many , the only gripe I have is I run out of gear real quick with the 6 speed! I think the newer STI has a taller 6th gear !
@@bruceholinight7978 always! And I haven't noticed this. Then again I've mainly only had STIs so it might be something I'm used to by now. Although my old p2 WRX 5 speed was nice for freeway driving with the longer gearing
Awesome video bro! One little issues I had with it though is the fact you only focused on the 2015+ WRX. While I understand that's what you have, it seems like every damn video on youtube is just 2015+ WRXs. Even though I'd say more people still own and drive older models such as myself. It makes it a lot harder and very frustrating to find info especially in video form for these cars. Other than that, great video, and sweet Subie too!
Totally understandable, I did address the older gens later in the video based off of the STIs numbers. Because the older EJ255s, 205s are similar to the 257 you should expect about 20-30 less WHP with the stages. But thank you for throwing it out there I'll make it a little more prevalent in the videos!
@@Smeedia No thank you bud I appreciate it! There is a decent amount of info online for the older generations but it's very hard to find actual dyno numbers. Even Cobb has none on their website that I could find at least, for anything below the 2015 model years haha
Just found your channel through Instagram and I’m so glad I did. Super informative and I love the energy. Looking forward to seeing this channel grow, you really deserve it! Keep it up :D
It used to be... slap a larger turbo, injector, fuel pump, fuel regulator and whack it. OR For those who are slightly loaded with money will go for forged internals, larger turbo, injectors, and bla bla support mods. Tuner / dealer nowadays “stage one intake + this + that” “stage two...” and so on.
Hey, so I'm in the UK and own a 2009 wrx hatch, totally stock when I got it. Power was 👎👎👎 and no rumble at all. So I put on a 3 inch Turbo back catless, none Res quad tip box like the oem sti. Boom, power went crazy and rumble all gear long.
Your videos are full of knowledge. I’m learning a lot from it. Thanks for what you do. And btw, idk where’d you get the $2100 stage 3 price but on their website, they selling it for $4600-$5000 depending on what you get.
This is a very informative video bro! I just bought a 2020 sti and waiting to arrive, I’m gathering parts but I’m still deciding wether I wanna go stage 2 on the Sti or stage 3, I want power like anyone else but as well brutal sound.
Bro...ur content is A-1. I'm all about education cuz I think that's how u make a reliable and track proven build. U put out vids that aren't just dime a dozen "look how fast I am" vids. If I started making them they would be exactly this. 1. Engineering Explained 2. Donut Media 3. Smeedia. Funny I haven't even seen a vid with u driving and I've been watching since like October 19 before I bought my WRX...but I'm still happily watching. If I can help u in the future in any way as a FA20 WRX owner building to provide insight to compare to your EJ25 lemme know. I'd be glad to. #Subiwave
First off thank you for the continued support! 🔥😁I'm all about providing information and date behind these points. Without the information they're all just opinion. Not that people's opinions have no weight but data is data. I am going to be doing some driving videos once the weather clears up in march. there is just so much rain and it gets dark at 4 that I cant really get any good ones right now. Congratulations on the WRX! how are you liking it so far? And I'll definitely keep that in mind for any assistance!
@@Smeedia ha I'm def not complaining it's dark AF by 5pm here in Colorado So i totally get it. LOVE the WRX! I feel I made the right choice being that of course I was eyeing the STI but I've always been a sucker for mid-range torque. It's sooooo useable in daily and AutoX. I ended up getting a Limited cuz creature comforts lol but it's an awesome vehicle, solid, responsive and fun in every gear. Only complaint is it's ghostly quiet vs my old car. Though it wont add visible power this thing NEEDS an exhaust. Have u heard about the preignition issues on the FA? It's making me want to rush to an AP but I wanna wait a lil bit longer to ensure the block is legit before I throw away the warranty.
@@Acrimoniousbear1 totally understand, I also got a limited mainly because I wanted the sunroof though 🤣 the low end torque in the WRX is FANTASIC for city driving but I hated the OEM Tune on the freeway. When it comes to the pre ignition issue, I've heard of it but have not looked too much into it 🤔
Hey, I love your content man. Can you tell me how reliable and good the mods I've done to my car are? I'm E-tuned (not OTS). I've done axleback delete, tgv (full) deletes, egr delete, ets intake (w/ airbox), grimmspeed charge pipe, grimmspeed ebcs, grimmspeed tmic I am going for reliability over power, that's why I haven't added a J-Pipe yet. I'm under the belief that all of my mods contribute to reliability, but also give me the fun turbo sounds I wanted. Kind of a good middle ground between stage 2 and stage 1. I'm wondering what you think of my build, is it safer (if I care about long-term reliability) to stop here, or should I add a J-Pipe since that's all im missing?
@@Smeedia Right on. Thanks bud! Yeah my car has 4500 miles right now as I type this. AOS install is planned for October when I have time to get down to the shop. I just don't want to do it myself. They did give me a quote for the AOS + J-Pipe + Perrin Turbo sump, all installed, with parts, $1800. Pretty fair deal i think, so I may do all 3 at once. They won't tune me though because of EGR/TGV deletes so I'll have to buy another e-tune from my tuner.
Back in the early 2000's, there were "stages" for basically every sports car, both Japanese and Domestic. "Stages" started as marketing language to entice novice mechanics and people that had plenty of money, but no mechanical knowledge. If you didn't have the knowledge (TH-cam didn't exist yet, mind you) you could throw down for a stage kit in your budget for basically any car out there, including Honda Civics. Then came the internet age where everyone could look up a tutorial on how to perform any mod they wanted and the stages quickly disappeared, starting with the easiest cars to work on (Honda, Toyota, Nissan). You'll still hear people about "stages" in American Domestic circles, but it's usually only rich white dudes and retirees that have money to throw at them. I think the reason stages still exist in the Subaru world, is because of how difficult boxers are to work on, and especially the perception that they are just as hard to work on as a 3000 GT TT. There's also the fact that Subaru is sort of a middle class type of car. So, more people have more money to throw at them, therefore stage packages continue to thrive.
Yes tune b4 anything Went with stage 1 with techworkz..also add q300 turbo back Within a month of what I thought was break in driving. I PUT A ROB OUT THE BOTTOM !!!!!!!! BE VERY AWARE
Im about to buy my 1st Subaru. Definitely looking at the Corsa sport exhaust. These cars won't touch raw American horse power but that's not why I'm buying one. All wheel drive and excellent on back country dirt roads with mud. That's where it shines. Any advice on tires? Mud and gravel tire
I’ve had my 2021 sti now for two months and I LOVE IT!!! I bought the 10 year warranty when I got it because they told me I could get it pro tuned still lol. Then I find out that it will possibly cause them to void it in certain areas if they think it has to do with the tune. The only thing I did was put an ETS extreme catback on it, which sounds fantastic. After watching video after video I can’t help but really want to do a pro tune may to stage 2. Everyone makes it sounds like the car will be so much funnier, faster and smoother. I’m only concerned about possible severe issues that it may cause. Any idea on how much some of the possible issue tend to run when you get it tuned? I’m not worried about putting money in if I need to, but I don’t want to drop like $5-10k if something happened.
I'm off the DYNO from PREracing making 354hp! Pretty much stock which held back a few things including fuel pressure being too lean in cold weather. They recommend I upgrade it so it won't suffer from low compression like the last one. Stage 2 short block is rated for +400hp but I can't imagine going over that. I'm looking to reinforce the motor by upgrading it's cooling components (fan shroud, hoses, Subaru Super Coolant, GetaDomTune cylinder 4 mod etc) in hopes of avoiding any problems down the line. Past that, replacing my N1 setup for a grimmspeed downpipe + HKS carbon fiber straight pipe \m/
@@Smeedia everything seems to be going good! I've been playing with some 2 step thanks to my new COBB “co-pilot” accessport but shifting alone gets it to pop like mad which in turn, makes people want to race but I only got 4K miles on the motor. Not looking to replace it anytime soon haha
Hey dude! Love all your videos, great learning lessons. I'm running a 2006 WRX Limited w/DC Short Ram Intake, STI intercooler, Exedy Stage 1 clutch, and COBB AP. FINALLY getting it dyno tuned in a few weeks to Stage 1+. I've already taken care of all the general maintenance (timing belt, head gaskets, etc.) but the engine has approximately 180K on it....This will be the last engine mod because Betsy ain't no spring chicken anymore but wanted to know your opinion about the upgrade and what to avoid with a high-mileage engine. From a guy at Boost Controlled Performance, you can see upwards of 350whp and 340 ftlbs of torque. Going higher than 350 torque is what causes engines to blow on stock internals. You can obviously make around 400+ with e85 BUT you need upgraded pistons and conrods.
Doesn't 2020 sti have forged pistons?
No, just a redesigned cast

Damn rewatching this video again in 2021 and seeing this version of the Bluebaru again is wild ! So much difference in the 17 STI now it has a 6 cylinder boxer engine !
Completely diffrent car from how it use to be, I go back and rewatch some older ones and still.blows my mind 😅
I just made my 13 WRX STI flex fuel, 1050 injectors, FPR, Fuel sensors for E85, DW 300 pump, IAG TV's, IAG fuel rails... I was able to hit the 350whp. I'm super happy with the tune and how it performs.
Sounds like a fun build! Big jump over factory power 🔥
It is! Plus my fuel economy jumped from 12mpg to 16.2
Hey @Smeedia, I just want to make a correction on what you said:
Stage 1 for WRX: you literally only need the accessport and flash it on all stock parts, not the intake.
Thanks for this info.
Hey yellow snow,
I am just a Subaru rookie but can you explain what an AOS and TGV/EGR delete consist of?
I just came across this channel just subbed man. I just got a 2008 wrx and your content has been a huge help
Eyyyy, appreciate the support and congrats on the car!
I finally subscribed , I’ve been watching you for some days making sure your consistent legit source an now I’m officially a fan , Keep up the work bro !
Appreciate the support! Really trying to encompass all the information around the topics! Consistency is something that is also top priority to make sure the videos are going out 😁🔥
Smeedia yes sir No problem at all ! I don’t think you can find no video on youtube that goes into depth details like you do or go in topics like you do ,Your gonna make it far in youtube 🙏
Your videos are, by far, the most clear and informative subaru wrx/sti videos I have come across. Thanks bro!
Glad that the videos have helped! 😁😁😁
@@Smeedia thanks for the reply! Always nice to get feedback. Had a question. I'm looking to buy a 2013 wrx with 80k miles, 2 owners, all stock. If this was taken care of, would you consider a good purchase? All these people saying the motor will blow up got me a little hesitant. Thanks again for the content!
As long as thr maitnace had been done and continued to get done I wouldn't hesitate from buying it 🙏
Your channel is awesome mate! Great for info on building my 2018 sti and I want a Stage 2!
Only issue is convert USD to AUD and it turns to $5300 for a stage 2! 😑
Otherwise, keep doing what you do!

I love the energy that you put out brother and sharing you’re knowledge is amazing and can’t thank you enough. I keep coming back to your vid’s for info and you have never let me down. Thanks man
Once again thanks for all the help to the newbie subies like myself. Great video!!!
Thank you! Without the support from everyone theres no way I'd be pushing out videos like I am!
This was a super helpful and informative summary. You seem to understand there are new people coming into the community all the time. Love your content bro. Please don't burn out.
I plan on being around for a while 😉 appreciate the support!
Man I love your energy! Keep it up...Oouu!!
I have to bring down the energy a little for the videos lol I'm always pumped! Love the feedback and the support! 🔥😁
That's the whole reason I went FMIC, keep IATs lower and get sway from the heat soak
Smeedia new video suggestion would be top mount vs front mount. Muy importantay for the people’s
@@collintansey9508 have it on the list and that is next weeks topic video 😁
Hey man, awesome content, love the channel. I was actually looking the other day what stages I should buy, who to buy from, etc. I think it would be really awesome to do a video on Cobb's stage 2 package versus Grimmspeed stage 3 package. For like a stage comparison deal or more like what is the cheapest, yet most reliable way to get to stage 3 on a budget.
Not a bad idea to compare the two! 🤔
I'm going stage3 on e85 what kinda power did u make and how the car running?
I’m still looking for my 11-14 STI Hatchback my dream car lol!!
My dream car too! I've been looking on Autotrader. Low mileage ones are so expensive $22K+!
Driving three hours tomorrow just to go look at a 14 wrx hatch 5 speed manual with a sun roof for 25k hoping that its in mint condition so i can cop it ive been looking for one for a minute

Yes I wanna say the same thing finally somebody broke down base wheel horsepower stage 1 stage 2 possibly stage 3 because I asked so many other people on other TH-cam channels and nobody ever got back to me thanks again great video by the way
They are averages for WHP but somewhat in the range. Appreciate the support my friend!
"not sure why the subaru community is the only one that refers to everything in stages?' VW community has entered the chat
Audi has entered the chat 👀 lol
Also Ford ST/RS owners
Picked up a '20 WRX back in November, rev hang definitely feels like it is still there but seems like it's gotten waaaay better than what I've seen in videos of earlier models
Gl as d to hear that it has at least improved. How are you liking the car?!
266 views! just posted, nice content
Thank you! 😁 were definitely growing!
Watching this a second time and have to say, something that would really set this car apart from every other Subaru, and remember this comment is going back in time 🙄🤣. But yeah I think you should get the wheel nuts and the break calipers paint in the subaru blue. I think that would put so much class into your build
Stage 1- 1:56
Stage 2- 5:51
Stage 3- 9:37

Stage 2 Sti is more like 305-335WHP with a pro tune!
BeachSwagProductions he isn’t talking about a pro tune bud
Manuel Faria my honest opinion is that you should never use a OTC map for these cars, they are all to inconsistent.
BeachSwagProductions I agree with you completely, but he is just talking about what these cars performance will look like running these basic maps.
What’s a ProTune ?
@@VenkatChiru it's when you take the car in and have a tuner create a custom profile for your car
❤got 3 + hand built exhaust cat cack. &stage 1 suspention and stag3 transmission shorty wit all the bushings and a ACT street extrem stage2clutch. Dog bone and more . Great video bro.
"Stages" can vary so much, are inaccurate, and are pretty much pointless in my opinion. Marketing nonsense.
It's just an easier way of saying "I've got a tune, aftermarket exhaust, and an intake."
Damn I wish I can just chill with you and soak in all that Subaru knowledge for my 19 STI. It's my very first car that I bought myself and watching your videos have been very informative but sadly I'm a person who learns best by learning in person. Keep up the videos though man!
I dont blame you, hands on is the same with me but getting the info should aid in doing some of the hands on parts 🔥 appreciate the support!
@@Smeedia Btw what mods would you recommend to make the STI a better daily? Like quality of life mods.
Looping what are your goals for the car? Daily, track, both? Are you going to keep it long term? I would start with a catback and cylinder 4 cooling mod (GetaDomTune). Also if you do get an accessport GET A PRO TUNE!!!
Stages are made up marketing nonsense, good video though
Yup. I can tell he wasn’t in the Subaru scene in that early days back in its prime…that “stage” talk was is cringe then and our cringe now 😂
I don’t even talk in stages but it’s easy to know what’s done if you say stage 1 Cobb.
Agreed, the low end is where we spend most of our time driving as well.
The new FA 24 motors for the WRX and STI are hopefully going to be alot of fun.
This comment unfortunately aged like milk. RIP STI.

(26500 miles, Stage 1+)
I'm waiting on some parts, jpipe, charge pipes, bigger tmic, and possible cat/axle back or single exhaust to save weight. Can you tell me your opinion of the single pipe exhausts available, and can I use one without being obnoxiously loud? I have zero exterior modifications and want to stay sleeper (not that any WRX is a sleeper, but you get me)
As long as it's got a decent muffler and resonator it shouldent be too loud 🔥🙏

I've done axleback delete, tgv (full) deletes, egr delete, ets intake (w/ airbox), grimmspeed charge pipe, grimmspeed ebcs, grimmspeed tmic
I am going for reliability over power, that's why I haven't added a J-Pipe yet.
Thr J pipe won't hurt your reliability and I'd highly suggest snagging one. I'd also highly suggest adding in an IAG AOS but your on the right track 😁
Yes tune b4 anything
Went with stage 1 with techworkz..also add q300 turbo back
Within a month of what I thought was break in driving. I PUT A ROB OUT THE BOTTOM !!!!!!!! BE VERY AWARE
Should read rod out the block with no explanation!
Great info dude, keep up the good work
Appreciate the support! 🔥😁
Do you have any power info for the ej205 stages or just the fa models and STI ? Can't wait to see your new JDM build
Tbh a protune will minimize most issues, it will really come down to your driving style and keeping up on maintance 🔥
Jealous! Wish I made over 330 WHP 🤣 no issues aside from that though? Sounds like it went very well!!!
Thanks in advance!
Tbh milage doesn't really matter, as long ad the engine is healthy send it 💪
