Get a red solo cup and sit it over your open resin cup. That way you don’t have to worry about it your resin getting cured and no dust getting in. Is a bonus.
If you want the chrome color shift look to stand out more on the claws, next time just brush the mold with the flakes then dye the epoxy black and pour it in without mixing them.
oooohhh didn't even occur to me! I do that with separate colors for my molds with uv resin soI have no idea why I didn't think to do that here! Thanks. for the tip!
@@LittleLeeandRose No worries. I appreciate you taking the time to do the tutorials. I was just giving you a heads up before people started complaining. 😂
Hi Anita, I am one of Summers moderators for LL&R, she is super busy raising 3 yr old triplets, running a business and trying to get more tutorials out to help us all. 😊
Did you say epoxy without bubbles?! Is that the epoxy you linked sold by Pro Marine Supplies? Love watching your tutorials! Always learning new methods. 💗
I have alway said I am not a tech person. LOL. I do the best I can. If I zoom out people complain they can't see what Im doing. If I zoom I tend to get out of frame. I'm just a crafter with a camera! LOL Someday maybe I will have a film crew....one can dream hehehehehe
You can do this method without camilion flakes or uv resin. Just use color change spray paint as base and put a bit of color change craft paint into your soap and water. Or use color change mica in your soap water mixture. They usually do this on nails, pottery, and canvas art.
Hi LittleLee and Rose, I’m kinda lost about the claws part, the sound went off when you said, I have to get black ink, then the whole time you were doing the claws in mold there was no sound. So could you please add in the description as to how to put the claws in the mold. Thank you very much,

This has been a trend in nail art recently, so it's fun to watch how it translates into the tumbler making world
It was a huge feature at last years convention. never occurred to me to "tumbler it" until Penny did it!
“You twerked it”. I am rolling! Great look. Thanks for the laugh and the knowledge.
i ordered your chrome flakes and they work so good... defiantly trying this cup...
Oh my gosh! That is SO COOL!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing all your techniques!
Awesome going to try this for a grandson and maybe a son in law! They would both love this!
As always great job. I always learn so much from you. Love it. Thank you for doing this so we can see the latest in cup ideas.
Gorgeous

Good rainy day tumbler to make!
I did this to my nails a few months back and loved it now I’m excited to try on a cup thanks 💜
Came out awesome!
Just a heads up... about the 24 minute mark you lose sound for about a minute or two.
Latisha Dawn if it’s high speed there is no vocals:)
@@LittleLeeandRose it's not high speed. Legit cut off in the middle of a sentence.
@@LittleLeeandRose yes mine cut out too. The whole time doing the claws.
keep in mind this I am not a video filmer or editor I do my best, It's all self taught and not my skill set. I'm a crafter with a camera LOL

@@LittleLeeandRose I was able to get one of the last ones, but share for others.
Which color of Chameleon Flakes did you use, or did you mix them? I don't know which to order and I like the color shown in the video.
Purple to blue and blue to green, I believe.
Tracie Blount It’s the purple to blue flakes for the cup.
Blue to green for the claws
@@pennycrosby5770 Thanks for answering although I'm not sure why she doesn't 😗😗😗

That was excellent. The addition of the fingers with golden talons was brilliant!
I absolutely love ❤️ it!

What do you do with the flakes?
mix them into the UV resin
What was the water to soap ratio? More soap or more water? I swear, I've listened 3 times.....
mostly soap and a bit of water. I would say 3 parts soap to 1 part water
Wonderful technique and cup!! Out of frame a lot tho.

Yup! I have a few follow up tutorials already being filmed with different mediums to get this look!

Hi Jody! Ya just pour the mixes epoxy in the mold.Keep in mind I am not a tech person and I edit myself. stuff happens LOL
Oh I mix a couple drops of the epoxy dye and the green to blue chameleon flakes and mix them put in the mold
I don’t see the dinosaur claw mold on the list.
It sold out on amazon! but go to Etsy and search dinosaur claw mold and they are there
I have a nail UV light but that is all. That isn’t a nail light?
you can use the nail light, just hold it over the tumbler when you need to
Buy them a lizard. Tell them it's a baby dinosaur :-)
That's is the 💣💣💣💣💣💣
