Living in Dubai, I have the heat issue for almost half of the year. My tip, which will depend on what you shoot, is to go and shoot earlier in the morning and aim to wrap up latest by 12:00 PM or go out later in the afternoon after 4:00 PM if you're shooting outdoors, although understandably some events will not wait for you. I take my Z fc out in temperatures from 85 to 115 at times, and it's possible to shoot as long as there is no direct sunlight hitting the body. Now, hating yourself for being drenched in your own sweat and dripping all over your camera is something I'm still figuring out how to deal with myself and I have no tips for that as of now!

thank you for your advices. i film interviews and it is very complicated. Even though I change batteries it is really hell.
I glad I could help. Buy the external fan if you need extra time. But in this Summer Heat you might want to wait for a cooler part of the day.
