I did! And this isn't the only time I did that. I felt some of the moves work more than the targeted muscle, and it appears I can't count ð Didn't have enough exercises for each muscle group âšïļâšïļâšïļ
Workout #2: 1st I did this 15min lower body kettlebell swing workout... I used an 8Lb set of dumbbells for all the moves in this workout... Honestly I feel great... Maybe I could of done 9 pounds but I would if not made it with 10Lbs since the moves are back to back... Next I am going to do the new workout posted today!
