These excercises with weights are fantastic Burpeegirl, because they are really important to build muscular mass. Will you add more shredded routines for lower body too? legs, abbs and glutes?
Workout #1: I started off with this workout for the chest... I am enjoying these quick 8min workouts that are targeting different areas of the upperbody... I used both a 5Lb & 8Lb set depending on the move... Now I am going to do the new workout posted today and I think it's gonna be an ass kicker.... Cardio kickboxing ðŽ
Please, I need more of these upper body strength and tone excercises, with dumbbells!! For arms and breast principally, because I need to work in the flabby skin in my arms and dropped breasts, because they are beginning to scare meðŪð !!

Loved it! I really need chest exercises. I' m using my 1kg dumbbell but someday i'll use 3kg dumbbell like you hehe
