I actually picked it back up again a month ago. It is still a ton a fun! Love Galactic Assault the best though! Still holding out for a 3rd game with the dedicated devs from the first Battlefront 2017!

I still play the old 2004 and 2005 Battlefronts, but I do still play the 2017 BF2, and you'll often find me in Co-op with the Galactic Republic

i think the matchmaking is awful. whenever you play something like galactic assault, you are either on the team that's going to steamroll or you are on the team getting steamrolled. there's no close games in bf2. also, for some reason this game lags out so bad, probably because they aren't restarting and updating servers. i can play literally any online game and have a fine connection. as soon as i play bf2, lag city. itse about time they give us a new one. squadrons was just a quick cash grab

Now that you say that, each game did feel pretty one sided - didn’t have too much lag though so maybe I got lucky.
It’s definitely about time we get a good Star Wars game though, feels like we haven’t had a great one in years

If EA Battlefront 1 had provided offline for all the DLC maps and modes, that would have been the bomb. Space Station with R2-D2 and the DS trench was the best.

I grew up with the original battlefront and battlefront 2 on console and these newer games just didn't hit the spot for me, they got boring rather quickly and I really didn't enjoy the progression system and the micro transactions.. shame really cause the games look stellar

I play this game once and awhile… it’s fun to run around as yoda and own everyone for a bit. :) I was really hoping for battlefront 3… instead we got crap… 💩

Played it, stopped cause it needed to have gender eqality for rebel, resistance, empire and first order, instead of being mostly male for assault class, heavy class, and office class
