the only music production channel on youtube where I watch the video and feel confident about the tips and information I learn. a lot of different channels I have to use my judgment to filter out unnecessary and false info but I feel comfortable watching these tutorials because I know Michael has passion for teaching and has great music to back it up. thank you so much!

My workflow: 1. spend an hour trying to find a sound I want. 2. Come up empty handed, then spend another hour trying to create the sound I want from a preset that seems similar or from scratch. 3. Get frustrated, step away and plan to come back later with a fresh perspective. 4. Repeat.
    Really appreciate these videos...

Yo michael you’re the man. hugely appreciate these tutorials, needless to say they make fl studio seem so much less complicated. For a beginner like me, your tutorials make music production seem way less daunting and far more accessible - i no longer feel like being thrown in the deep end and have a clear pathway to learning the fundamentals. For someone who is so passionate about music and is trying to learn how to produce, you don’t understand how much that means. Thank you so much for the awesome content, stay safe. Alex

hey, i think it would be really useful if you made a video showing a kind of arrangement checklist. Meaning, we get so much mixing advice on TH-cam but I'm starting to realize more that the arrangement is even more important than the mix, if you could show like making sure all frequencies are covered, creating space and fullness basically everything you need to get right in the production to be able to then get a killer mix

Iam a beginner that is suscribing many music production channels and while every single of them i love because they show me the way how i can achieve the sound iam looking, but if i want to learn more the about the stuff iam working with from more detailed and technical perspective then i always add "in the mix" behind the letters. Love the way how calm and clear you explain things. Thank you !

This is my go to channel for everything FL Studio. Had a sudden surge of interest in making music and been trying to absorb as much information to familiarize myself as possible. You do a good job keeping everything very simple, and open for creativity. It's actually insane how much differently I hear music now and how much I learn just by hearing my favorite songs.

I have watched countless sound design tutorials on YT where the host wizzes through things so fast I'm constantly having to pause and try and see what their mouse is hovering over and what they have just changed. They just race through without explaining what they are doing - perhaps trying to show off how quickly they can construct a sound, IDK. But it's extremely irritating. Michael's videos are amazing. You can tell he really cares about actually trying to pass useful information on and TEACH. He really takes time to explain everything in a clear, thorough way that I can keep up with. I learn so much from these videos. Thank you Michael!

Wow! Finally someone who really can explain the basics of synths and how to use them. I have several synth-vsts and never knew how to create that sound I need (being pads, soundscapes, or 808s), so I always came back to sampled sounddesign-libraries for Kontakt with premoduled sounds. But now I have the basics to start creating my own pads, soundscapes and 808s! Thank you!
