Then guess what?.......😊 that day came and oh my days i think she got the shock of her life. Bumped into her in a night club and boy she couldn't stop looking at me, i was pretending i wasn't noticing but she tried hard to smile at me. She was even trying to get close and dance near me. But i kept moving away 😂 ... by then i didn't want to be with her as i had become a bit big headed myself and thought i could do way better then her now. I never made any contact with her. Just let her regret her decision. However now when i look back it, i realise i was just being silly about it. Although the rejection motivated me but i realised that when we are young a lot of us were ugly ducklings and blossom later in life so we shouldn't get upset with rejections. They were right to reject if they feel you weren't attractive back then because we probably weren't.
If someone rejected you, that doesn’t make them an asshole. They just don’t return the feelings and they’re being honest about it. Would you rather have them say they like you for the sake of it and leave you when someone else asks them out for the sake not not being an “asshole”?
