This, by far is my favourite house ever in the series. Sustainable, warm and inviting. Yet aesthetically pleasing and purposeful!

This house looks like Mies Van Der Rohe's house, floor plan is very similar to the Barcelona Pavillon. Good TV show.

Definitely over £1M. Tricky to say, tbh. £2M? Concrete form work is expensive, but the simplicity of the layout may have helped costs a bit. Very interesting idea.
