  • Whether you have runner's knee or any other injury, the key to overcoming it depends on your mindset. Even with all the right exercises, it can feel like you'll never fully recover because everyone overlooks this one important thing. We forget that the mind is not separate from the body. In order to heal our body, we must heal our mind. And the sooner you do this, the sooner you will run again.

    So true. I went through some of the same mind transitions when I had my first injury from running too fast, too soon. Also, paying attention to what your body is saying (a whisper as opposed to screaming) is key to preventing a problem from getting worse. Thank you for sharing.
