Awesome video, professionally done with real artistry. Detailed in every way. I will never do anything like this but thought I might do a small round patio table top. I guess the same steps might apply. Fun to watch. Great job!!!!

a beautiful design and colors.... you guys getting better and better... Bad... Boy 1 Kitchen and 25 plastic buckets used.... Mother Earth is crying....
Spuds on a previous video one of these guys say they try to take them off and do them the same way, then re-install them...I’ve seen other guys apply the epoxy on a vertical surface before but it’s near impossible to keep the design consistent
As someone who flips houses, I’ve always outsourced my counter tops. I think I’m gonna give epoxy a try. It seems like time is everything with these products. Is there somewhere I can get all the info on the timing of the product and when to apply..? Thanks! 🙏
When did you remove the tape at the back of the countertop, against the wall? These look beautiful, you two did great! I’d love to use that kit at my condo!
Hello team, I have a question regarding the tape used to tape the faces...Do you have a preference on the white painter's tape vs the blue painter's tape?
Not necessarily! We just recommend doubling up on tape to avoid epoxy blow-outs. And keep an eye on the epoxy the whole time until it's cured enough to remove the tape👍 Feel free to reach out to our team regarding our products or processes! support.leggari.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I enjoyed watching your tutorial video. By any chance do you have a video or tips for bullnose edge that transition, like the waterfall design? I would like to use this product for my wooden furniture bar piece. 👍🏼
I can wait to redo my kitchen. Will it be to much if you do the counter top and floor with epoxy? Not the mixture of colors but a litter one. Or any color for that matter. I really need to know this.
How solid does this epoxy set up? I've seen comments on other brands that even months after installation, even something as light as a glass of water would leave a temporary dimple on a counter top. Is that normal for epoxy counter tops?
Hi Anne! It gets hard within 24-48 hours and fully cures within 7 days! It will be rock hard at that time, you can do the fingernail test and you shouldn't be able to leave any sort of mark after 7 days!
First, thanks for answering my questions. Have you ever done any chemical tests? I made an epoxy counter many years ago, Nail polish remover was spilled on it and it melted and fogged. Some chemical tests with things like nail polish remover, bleach, other harsh chemicals would be great to see.
Yes we have tested with chemicals, although not every possible chemical (there’s a lot of them). Funny story...in a class there was a lady who swore up and down that her essential oils ruin everything and it would “definitely ruin the epoxy.” We decided to try it in the class, continuously adding the oil to one spot for over two hours. It didn’t effect it at all. Also, a hospital tested our WB Urethane Top Coat with sulfuric acid and said it passed with flying colors. Thanks for the comment, I know that was long winded.
I know your product doesnt need torching for bubbles, but you could really go for more organic effects with a torch or a heat gun. Youre limiting yourselves.
You can definitely use a heat gun or torch with our epoxy but it doesn’t react the same as other epoxies because we designed it not to need it. When we tried a torch on it in the past the effects weren’t as vibrant as the effects we showcase so we decided not to teach those techniques.
@@LeggariProducts . Yes I have researched your epoxy over others and you don't need a blowtorch at all. It's a much cleaner and more beautiful and vibrant look. I can't wait to do mine.
Sorry, but all the expense and all the hassle, I'd rather go to my local kitchen retailer and buy new worktops. The whole job done in a couple of hours or so.

How would you handle backsplashes and other vertical sections that are incorporated into the countertop design???

question ! is it ok to use a painted color primer already in a can?? that says what color primer it is ??

Do you make house calls.AWESOME WORK!!!
Hello again guys, what do you think is the approximate thickness of a typical completed and cured epoxy coat? 3/8", 1/4" ?
You can use regular paint primer
Is this primer also a bonding primer for existing laminate and formica?

You can contact our techs at 844-534-4274 ext. 1 and they can assist you with that type of application.

Do you recommend using a roundover bit on most countertops that have an edge???
Can you do just a solid color countertop with this ? I think that pattern is nauseating. But I'd like to try a solid, with maybe a streak in it.
Yes we have had several customers do just a solid color and it looks amazing
Can you do some other colors like black with smoke look red
Great idea, we will pass this suggestion on!
This looks great. Did you not have to rough up the top before you put the primer on it?
We didn't on this countertop because we coated it again within 24 hours! You would normally sand before though!

Beautiful 😃👍‼️‼️‼️‼️
Do you have detailed written instructions that come with the kits?
We only have the tutorial videos on the website at leggari.com that show you the step by step process.
The new site is launching soon and will have the full tutorial when u purchase these kits.
How can I apply for legari chemical
How solid does this epoxy set up? I've seen comments on other brands that even months after installation, even something as light as a glass of water would leave a temporary dimple on a counter top. Is that normal for epoxy counter tops?
No it's not normal. Our epoxy takes a full seven days to cure and it will be extremely solid.
Hi Anne! It gets hard within 24-48 hours and fully cures within 7 days! It will be rock hard at that time, you can do the fingernail test and you shouldn't be able to leave any sort of mark after 7 days!
@@LeggariProducts Thanks so much for the quick response! I didn't think it sounded normal... certainly not something you would want in a countertop.
Cool bravo à vous ! (Fr)

Why do they produce patterns that look like cells after dumping?
91% or higher Isopropyl Alcohol creates dispersing effects!
@@LeggariProducts I see the cell pattern effect when it's dumped. Is it isopropanol mixed with epoxy?
@@planetscase6913 those cells you are seeing are created by the epoxy reacting with the spray paint that was added
@@bradbair1405 I used graffiti paint but it didn't dissolve into the epoxy. I think it was silicone oil added to the paint

Can you do a dirty pour floor?
Yes definitely! We have dirty pour floor videos up on our TH-cam channel!😀
What happens if the counters aren’t level?? It’s going to all flow to the low spots..
I'll have the coffee on. What time can I expect you?
Serious question, in an existing kitchen, is removing the sink mandatory or can you tape around it? I have a ss sink with a thin lip.
You can tape around it! 😀
Can you do epoxy on granite countertops?
Yes you can, take a look at our brochure to see all the different applications. Thanks
