He looks like my brother Grant who passed away at 35 years old. Such a trip how much he does. I enjoy watching just to remember him! He would love these kind of counter tops I’ve learned how to do them and I’ve gotten really good at it !!
"Alright, now we have the spray paint done....and I'm semi-high"🤣 I've had a fascination with epoxy for a while and this is the reason why. The possibilities are endless of what can be done with it. And even for me personally I would choose countertops like this over ANY natural stones. Also I can see this ismore than just work for you guys. This is art
Y'all must use these counters over and over for demos because I watched a video last night and it was the same area! Beautiful work, as always. I have a question, though... What so you do when the counter has a riser at the back?
I really like the look of the high-gloss it looks so beautiful and brand new and it will probably stay looking new for years absolutely love it I think I might have to grow some courage and do my counters!🥰
Very carefully measure 64 oz into your measuring cups, and then - mix them all together in whatever way feels right to you! Love it. Going to do this to my RV!
When u have no intentions of remodeling ur kitchen, but are bored & there is something relaxing about watching this. 😐 ... and now I may be thinking of remodeling my kitchen.
Blimey, I could watch this in a loop for the next ten years solid! Pity about the annoying ads from twerps telling me how to become a millionaire in weeks, every 5 minutes!
Our products are actually certified for industrial grade coatings made for high traffic commercial settings. So theoretically in a residential, or even commercial setting it will last for decades as long as the urethane top coat is re-applied when needed to protect the decorative coating. This is NOT a cheap epoxy paint that you will commonly find at box stores like Home Depot or sherwin Williams. It is a thick 100% solids epoxy coating formulated for high traffic areas and heavy machinery.
Hope this is as easy as you guys make it look. We’re going to be doing this exact pour and color. But I do have a question... do you have a video that shows ways of doing a bar top that overhangs the counter? Don’t want it dripping onto the counter ruining the pattern and can’t think of any method to making a “catch” underneath but off the counter...
Just wondering about the durability of this epoxy product? After it cures, can it withstand the normal abuse of kitchen countertops? i.e. hot coffee mugs/hot pans, kids? Will it stain easily if you spill say pomegranate juice? And is it reversible? say you want to remove the remove the epoxy for whatever the reason? Lastly, can you apply another epoxy color over the existing epoxy color in case you had a change of heart in terms of kitchen counter color? We'd like a white marble look to brighten up the kitchen. Thank you for the informative video.
Epoxy is one of the most durable surfaces we have available in remodeling. Really the determining factors are what the substructure is, because you don't want to use so much hardener in the resin when it's not over a hard surface, but you can make epoxy almost as hard as glass in extreme cases. It's a great floor coating if you've got heavy machinery driving over it, countertops are as durable as the structure it is over as a rule of thumb. You don't ever want to use comet or soft scrub or any scouring pad or sanding pad to clean it, as it will dull the finish in a lot cases, but the formula used is typically determined by the structure it is poured over. If it's over concrete or stone, you can go hard, if it's over formica or something softer, then you wouldn't want it to be as hard. There are DIY kits that are just general use, you won't get as good a result as a professional installer that knows what mix to use in each application.
Tyler, I hear you talk about denatured alcohol and 91% isopropyl...can we use them interchangeably or is it specific? For instance you spray 91% after you do your effects but you talked about denatured to tack up the primer if it is cured?
Yes you can! The prep process will differ but here is a video where we prep and coat over existing granite countertops and use a hands on technique for the design🔥👉 th-cam.com/video/68QhkUmYAS0/w-d-xo.html Part 2👉 th-cam.com/video/4BudkdCqbq0/w-d-xo.html Are you looking to re-coat over some countertops?
Good day awesome Team, Was wondering if pinewood or other wood could be used for the countertop instead of granite and still end up with same result? Fel from Nigeria♥️
Great video! What would you do if you couldn't remove the sink? Taping over it is the obvious option but trying to do that whilst keeping the thickness of the epoxy and ensuring it doesn't start coming over the top can seem challenging. Any ideas?
Those are beautiful. No backsplash though in your tutorial. I have a 6 inch granite backsplash as well. I assume I would have to remove them to epoxy them to match the counters?
I have a small chip about the size of a dime in my laminated countertop. Would this fill it in or would I there be a depression in it? Looks great by the way.
How slippery is this to walk on when on a floor and in a pair of socks? Does the surface still give you a good grip or would I be spread out like a Cloven- Hoofed Ungulate on a frozen pond?
Two things: 1) I entered the black hole of TH-cam and found this video...I am not even looking to epoxy anything but it was so informative and cool...I watched the whole thing with no regrets. 2) IT'S ALL ABOUT THE WHITE ;) Great video.
Love this. Question, can you put this on any surface? Can this be done over bare plywood? Working on an Island and do not have the complete idea for the top yet. I would appreciate any suggestions. This is so beautiful.
Can one add an additional color by adding some of the paint they used to paint there walls? IE: Sherwin williams in a blue. We're talking just some sporatic highlights.
If you read the subtitles there is info about surfaces. Prepping you could see in the video, cover with plastic. Clean and lightly sanding your surface so it sticks as with any paint.
I know others have asked but don't see an answer - how durable is this surface for a kitchen? We are considering it for our little RV that has two smaller countertops.
Looks great and I'm going to try it out for my place. Could you help out with what may be the most difficult thing? How do you remove the tape from the back wall and get a decent finish?
WHAT WOULD BE THE COST OF DOING THIS COUNTER TOP? DO YOU NEED TO SEAL THE TOP AFTER THE RESIN. HOW DOES IT HANDLE HOT ITEMS PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE COUNTER? WHAT ABOUT THE USE OF A KNIFE ON THE COUNTER TOP?

Do you guys do house calls? I'm afraid I'll screw up and then what? Is there way back? :) What if I don't have the mixer you do in this video, how can I mix it together. Are all the materials located in Home Depot or are is this something I order?
He looks like my brother Grant who passed away at 35 years old. Such a trip how much he does. I enjoy watching just to remember him! He would love these kind of counter tops I’ve learned how to do them and I’ve gotten really good at it !!

I think these guys make it look way easier than it is. But the finished results looks fantastic.
Y'all must use these counters over and over for demos because I watched a video last night and it was the same area! Beautiful work, as always. I have a question, though... What so you do when the counter has a riser at the back?
I've said this every time but..... this technique is awesome! Looks amazing!
Thanks for the wonderful comment and for watching the video
I really like the look of the high-gloss it looks so beautiful and brand new and it will probably stay looking new for years absolutely love it I think I might have to grow some courage and do my counters!🥰
Wooow! This is awesome!!! How do you clean the epoxy that drips onto the white cupboards?
Wow, this is unbelievably beautiful! Is it scratch resistant?
I absolutely love this video. You made it so easy to understand. I going to do my bathroom!!! Thank you for this tutorial.
That was an awesome project. Great job guys.💪😎
Thank you!
Very similar to doing an acrylic pour project but on a much larger scale! Very creative, so I'd probably love to try this.
Wow!!! you are a very professionel bravo!!!!
Very carefully measure 64 oz into your measuring cups, and then - mix them all together in whatever way feels right to you! Love it. Going to do this to my RV!

Thank you! We appreciate that!
When u have no intentions of remodeling ur kitchen, but are bored & there is something relaxing about watching this. 😐
... and now I may be thinking of remodeling my kitchen.
That epoxy must have on heck of a long working time. How long? Can pours be layered after the first layer has set/cured?
Blimey, I could watch this in a loop for the next ten years solid! Pity about the annoying ads from twerps telling me how to become a millionaire in weeks, every 5 minutes!
BEAUTIFUL JOB!
Did you add backsplash to the walls, or did you leave them bare?
I absolutely love this and i want it now!
What is in the bottle spray? Water , or resin? And how much time do you have to work with the resin before it dries out
My kit came today. This looks like fun. A week from now it should be done if everything else arrives on time
How did it go?
how long this will endure in four seasons, very very amazing creativity & designs, how much budget it will bear me???

The first result that I’ve liked on a resin pour!
Thanks Hannah, glad you enjoyed it.

Beautiful work bro
Thank you! Much appreciated bro.

Is there a chart I can look at for measuring my countertop for epoxy fluid so I know how much I need to put in the bucket?
This was so relaxing!😍😍 turned out soooo beautiful 😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
do you have any videos where you show taking off the blue tape???
It's amazing am gonna try it
Love the videos and recently ordered this kit. Why did you do a base coat with this video? I noticed in other videos you don't do the base coat.
That looks really beautiful!!!
Is it heat proof you use hot pots in the kitchen the apoxy is it heat proof ?
How about if heat and water got on
it, are they not messed it up? or change colors?

How much would it cost roughly for the job you just did?
Two things: 1) I entered the black hole of TH-cam and found this video...I am not even looking to epoxy anything but it was so informative and cool...I watched the whole thing with no regrets. 2) IT'S ALL ABOUT THE WHITE ;) Great video.

Boa noite em primeiro lugar quero parabenizar pelo trabalho muito lindo mesmo

what did you use for this job? Name of each of the materials and what is recommended
Love this. Question, can you put this on any surface? Can this be done over bare plywood? Working on an Island and do not have the complete idea for the top yet. I would appreciate any suggestions. This is so beautiful.
I would sand it smooth and prep any imperfections with all purpose bondo, especially any knots. Then sand again for a smooth finish.
Excellent
Just wondering if the containers come with the kit? Thanks.
No, the mixing containers will have to be bought separately!
do you need to sand the surfaces before priming or anything?
Can one add an additional color by adding some of the paint they used to paint there walls? IE: Sherwin williams in a blue. We're talking just some sporatic highlights.
This is awesome looking
I'm very surprised you didn't first mention types of surfaces it works on or doesn't work on and surface prep procedures.
If you read the subtitles there is info about surfaces. Prepping you could see in the video, cover with plastic. Clean and lightly sanding your surface so it sticks as with any paint.
I have an OLD house and it has the metal trim around the counter tops. Can I just paint over it with this?
Email customerservice@leggari.com and they can explain what you would need to do with the trim!
I have liminante counters... do I sand it? feel like plastic almost...
also how long does it take from start to finish... days or one half a day?
Awesome! Awesome!
I know others have asked but don't see an answer - how durable is this surface for a kitchen? We are considering it for our little RV that has two smaller countertops.
Wondering how to measure your kitchen bench as it it laminate?
You just multiply the width by the length in feet and you get the total sq ft
Can this be done on any kind of countertop? I have laminated countertops from LOWES
Yes it can, check out Leggari.com and price out your kit today! Did I mention all are kits come with a lifetime warranty from delaminating!!!!!
Bravo
Are you able to do on laminate that has rounds edges.
Looks great and I'm going to try it out for my place. Could you help out with what may be the most difficult thing? How do you remove the tape from the back wall and get a decent finish?
@gavin Langley If you would’ve paid attention to the video, he tells you at 49:06 on how to remove the tape 🙄
And again at 51:11 pay attention to the video
Hey bro are you a Raider fan i see the colors the shield on your logo or just coincidence?
Can you expoxy on any type of counter tops?
So we going to just glaze over him saying "Im Semi High"😂😂😂😂😂😂 he stayed so professional
I'm high as shit. I didn't get to hear him say that smh
Never mind. Heard him say it now.
@27:38 .... repeat until it sounds Japanese

Yes marijuana is legal everywhere but your state !
Do u polish it anything or just let dry
WHAT WOULD BE THE COST OF DOING THIS COUNTER TOP? DO YOU NEED TO SEAL THE TOP AFTER THE RESIN. HOW DOES IT HANDLE HOT ITEMS PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE COUNTER? WHAT ABOUT THE USE OF A KNIFE ON THE COUNTER TOP?
I want this exact kit but ordering is too complicated. Will I get all of the product and the measuring buckets???

These look beautiful, and I would like to do this but I have an old counter with the back on it, what can be done with a counter like that? thanks
Beautiful job, thanks for the video. I will try this on my next project.
Can it be used over spanish tiles?
How can this be USDA and FDA compliant if you don't do a second clear coat without the paint and pigment additives?
Do you guys do house calls? I'm afraid I'll screw up and then what? Is there way back? :)
