If anyone looking for a good offline tower defense then go for little commander 2. Its amazing

man tower defense has really evolved since bloons and kingdom rush. innovate upgrades, gacha, even changing the map so it's not just a line! very cool

The War craft 3 back in the days had a mod with TD it was amazing to build mazes and stuff
I should give up waiting for game like Tropical TD (custom map for W3). It was my favourite and just couldn't find anything similar. You could go crazy and build very unusual maze just placing correctly your towers (depending on race you choose) and it can work much better than traditional strategies.
But i think I'll try the dice TD you mentioned at the end.
Have you tried Mindustry? It might be the closest thing you get to a "sandbox-like" Tower Defense game where you have complete freedom. If you check out the dice one, I also suggest giving 33RD Random Defense a go. Sam exact tpye of game, but then also with singleplayer. I actually prefer it over Random Dice. man, i always loved TD, i discovered this genre playing... warcraft 3 tft hahaha there was a huge community online creating custom maps, like dota, survival maps, funny maps like sheep tag when you have to hide from the wolf xD and so many other kind of maps, and thats where i found TD maps, i loved playing those maps, i never was really good but i enjoy it haha

My cousin introduced me to Arknights knowing that I like TD games. I thought I won't like it at first, since I'm someone who don't like spending real money on a game. But the game is surprisingly generous and can be played without paying a single penny. Now I've been playing Arknights for over 2 years and I can say that it's one of (if not) the best game you can find in android. The game is very challenging and simply beautiful.
I rarely spend anything on it, the only time that I spend real money is during the anniversaries coz I love the game and I would like to support the developers. Arknights is really good, TD players should definitely check it out.

I too have been playing Arknights for quite sometime now, over one and a half years, and my experience is quite the same. I never feel like I have to spend anything and when I do is not because I need to but because I genuinely want to support the game; never before have I been so engrossed by a live service experience and I never would’ve have thought that I’d be playing one game for almost 2 years straight with no breaks. I love everything about the game: the characters and story, the gameplay and events, all the new game modes they’ve added since launch and all the amazing content they make outside of the game, be it music or merch. What’s incredible is how even now I’m still enjoying the game as much as I did when I first started, If not more.

Maze. My favorite was Random Dice for a long time. Really fun, even as f2p pvp. However, they added more and more p2w elements with the dice glyph system, while not being genuine with the reasoning, so I felt like I couldn’t continue to support it. Would love a game like it that’s more relaxed though!
You should really check out 33RD Random Defense that I mention at the very end then, mate. It's exactly like it, but it also has a singleplayer, so it doesn't feel as pay-to-win (at least not yet). @@NimbleThor I remember starting out with Bloons & Kingdom Rush when they both first came out. I think Bloons TD was a browser game first, then came to iOS (I had an iPhone at that point), so that was pretty exciting to be able to take that on the go. I also remember playing Anomaly: Warzone Earth on PC, so maybe it's time to get that on mobile, too. Other that that, I've been playing Arknights nearly every day since its launch. ... I should redownload Bloons TD 6 and Kingdom Rush Frontiers.

I played a limited defense game mode on mobile legends And it was amazing !!! I really hope they create a game like that mobile legends or league of legends

BTD is probably one of my favorite tower defenses mobile I've ever played
There was this game I found, it was pvp real time tower defense where your towers build the track, so you can basically make a MAZE with them, forgot what is was called though, pretty cool game though

My favorite two games are BTD6 and PvZ 2. The gameplay and strategy between these games are different but I enjoy it.
so guys, there is a game that i used to play in the past that i never found again.
what i remember about the game is that it was tower defense with monsters (with the same camera as bloons td), i had to protect a baby and i was able to create the monsters.

When you can build your kingdom and towers than shoots with arrow and buildings that makes bread for army against monsters
The monsters has their own kingdom too but as I remember they use meat and also they usually attacks at night

So I'm trying to find a game I used to play a long time ago it was about knights vs monsters and u could upgrade the knights and there was an opposite version were u are the monsters and u kill the knights instead

Maybe I'm just a bit simple, but recently I wanted to play a TD classic game.. Not tree of abilities, a ton of different torrets, and not infinite maps... I remember playing that Cyber defense minigame in Club Penguin and would like to find a game like that now, unfortunately I can't find it, there are a lot of great games but I want just a simple one like that. Anyone knows of any? Would really appreciate

I suck at tower defense games but I can't denie that Infinitode 2 is a great game. im now going to rank the best mobile games i've played from every genre: first action: otherworld legends and soul knight. space shooter: Arcadium and Arcadium 2. tower defense: Infinitode 2, open world: Sky and Constellation Eleven. puzzle platformer: Nameless cat and the Cats are Liquid games. casual: Color Switch. roguelike: ReversEstory Shattered Pixel Dungeon and Caves. and last but not least FPS COD mobile.

I have played "Warzone TD" and also "Flash Element TD 2". Two great tower defence games.

Nothing beats kingdom rush games in my opinion

And once you reach hardmode trust me that research tree will not be leaving your side
Well it's not actually hard mode it's called endless mode and it's name is literally explaining it all because now your research tree is endless oh yeah and enemies drop special loot

Btd is the easiest to understand and the most satisfying
It's absolutely one of my favorite series of tower defense games too. I played it so much back in the browser gaming days, hehe :)
@@NimbleThor It's one of the very few games where you associate enemies with patterns and colors instead of hp, armor, and % damage resistances that gets overwhelming really quickly.
BTD is really simple compared to other TD games with only 4 categories of damage (Sharp, Explosive, DoT, and Magic). The enemies are also surprisingly simple with only 2 criterias (Layers/HP, and immunity)
So true. And yet there's plenty of strategy and depth. I agree it's that combination that makes it a great game (series) :)

Hm.. I think Bloons TD 6 has some co-op. Mazebert too. Same with Mindustry. And then there's 33rd Random Defense and Random Dice.
I can't seem to find the game I wanted to find............its a house protecting game using traps, crossbow axe....its more like a blocks game and we have to protect the house from the chick🐥 who are moving in a line and we have to stop them from reaching the house

unpopular opinion: i really hate kingdom rush series.
it's clunky and the limited tower placement makes it such that there are many levels that are literally impossible unless you chance upon a few rare configs of tower placements and upgrade sequences, or just search online for a template to copy. not having proper slowing towers also pretty much invalidates the AOE tower, which doesn't do enough damage to justify itself.
And then it introduces burrowing enemies which straight up skip your towers, which is 100% bullshit for TD games, further enforcing the NEED to copy others.
