This tutorial on the crust is the best!!! I really fell for Empanadas at a sea food restaurant in Puebla, MX the crust was so flakey and the fish was probably like escabeche fish so went in raw but came out flakey and cooked YUMMY!! anyways Now that I know how to make the crust I will try different fillings! Those empanadas look professionally made. Just beautiful and shiny. I learned to not roll the edges too thick as they didn’t get done when I pulled from oven. I won’t make that mistake again.

The dough is the best I ever had . And it’s so easy to work with . I made it a day ahead and left it in the fridge. But it rolled out beautifully.
