Exactly, I’m glad you said almost everything has protein. I don’t even think about protein. I just eat as much whole plant foods as I can, and I’m doing good at my half century mark! 😬 People think I’m in 20s still, so I’m doing something right. 🤷🏻♀️ I do love kale, and consume huge amounts of kale smoothie. 75% kale to fruit for flavor. Great for cellular repair and complexion!
Regarding your mic - I don't hear a fridge, but I hear a slight echo in your kitchen. Not enough to be a bother really. Thanks for a great video, that simple tofu mash/scramble/spread looks definitely like something I can also do when I'm in a rush, and it was fun following you around your day! Plus I need the extra inspo to exercise haha.
Will you share what all you added to your tofu at breakfast since it isn't in the description? I've been on a savory breakfast kick lately and would love some no-cook breakfasts to add to the rotation. Regarding the mic, there was a slight echo, but not enough to bother me or make me stop watching the video. Had you not said anything, I'm not even sure I would have noticed it. Would you ever do a week of workouts video or a do yoga with me type video? I know you have one short but I think it'd be fun to see a long-form video.
Real glad to have you back with regular long form content ❤️ me, personally I’d love to see more what I eats and recipe videos too, especially wholesome baking! You seem so chipper in this video - I hope you’re truly doing well and have somewhat recovered from the cookbook stress! How do you find working out so much impacting on your period? I still have HA but love my cardio routine 😭 I think the 30-30 series is a great idea although as a bean lover I have no trouble at all meeting my protein needs 😂
Loved this video Remy! Thank you for sharing. I also struggled with an eating disorder, and learning how to cook and falling in love with the process was part of my healing too. Sending love your way and congratulations on the cookbook ❤
I have been inspired by your chia pudding lately to make a matcha one and I absolutely loved it. I might start to implement matcha in my life more as I've been enjoying the taste a lot! I am also keen on trying your tofu toast as I love savory brekkies in the spring :D
Hey Remy … Thanks for another great video! I was just on your website looking for the raspberry dessert recipe you made at the end of this video, but with the chocolate on top, and I couldn’t find it. Do you show how to make it in one of your other videos? It looks so good I really want to try it, but I can’t figure out what you do for the chocolate part. Also, with regard to your question regarding your mic, you definitely sound clearer when you use the external mic, but it’s no problem when you have to use the phone itself! Thanks and have a great day!
Just melt some dark chocolate chips/chunks and dunk the frozen berry/nut butter mix in the melted chocolate, then place back on the tray and stick back in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened. Once frozen, you can transfer it to a container with a lid(I used a Pyrex with a snap lid) to save space in your freezer.
Hey Remy, loving your fdoe. I have similar issue with my gut health. May I ask how you find sourdough bread and if you tried rye bread? I’m a bit anxious to try. Is your cookbook gluten free based? Xx
Thanks for your videos, Remy! I'm not vegan, but currently on a diet right now where I'm cutting out most bad carbs and all sweets. Can we have some filling vegan bowl recipes or nutrient-filling salad recipes? Thanks! 😊
Hey I’m new to your channel and don’t know much about your workout routine but when you say you lift heavy 7 days a week that sounds like you are overdoing it you need and recovery and rest because muscle growth happens during recovery 48-72 hours is recommended for legs etc just my 2 cents great vid 👍💪
I actually mentioned this in the video right before gochujang, I was eating regular sourdough! 😀 not all gochujang contains gluten-just read the ingredients 🤍
Your whole vibe and aesthetic is BEYOND cute! so glad I found you!
I love your pink kitchen! The aesthetics of your videos are just so beautiful :)

I’m a gentlebean 😎💕 I feel special. And the kitchen part isn’t bad, you can just tell you’re not using a mic if that makes sense

Looks delicious Remy☺️🌱🥹 you could post that series on YT Shorts, love watching them😊

Hi,
What time do you have breakfast if you don't eat as soon as you wake up ?
HI Remy! You forgot to add the tofu recipe to the description box and it isn't on your website.

Not really sure why people want to see others drinking/especially eating…is it some sort of fetish? 🙄
